00:21May 2019 and December 2023. American said it is reviewing the notice and takes testing
00:26requirements seriously. The FAA also proposed a $304,000 fine against Southwest Airlines for
00:32failing to conduct required follow-up testing for 11 employees between August 2021 and July 2024.
00:39Southwest said it strengthened oversight and procedures more than two years ago.
