00:13the best option, to a middle scenario, to one where oil and gas prices stay much higher
00:22for much longer and second round effects take hold. All these scenarios start from a situation
00:31where strong AI and tech investment, supportive financial conditions and other factors were
00:41driving considerable momentum in the world economy. In fact, had it not been for this
00:49shock, the world would have been in such a much better place than we would have been upgrading
00:57our growth projections. But now, even in our most hopeful scenario, we would have a downgrade.
