07:31So multiple people called saying that there are multiple people
07:36out shooting what sounds like to them automatic weapons.
07:39There's a couple of other troopers headed that way,
07:41so we're going to head that way as well.

12:08We went into the house with a warrant to look for the firearms to be seized.
12:13This is the handful of firearms that were found, a couple rifles, looks like at least two pistols.
12:19Based on what we're finding with impacts and where the shell casings are, he was standing by the door here
12:24firing this way into the neighbor's yard, sometimes through his fence, all the way it looks like towards an occupied
12:30building over there.
12:31She was in the kitchen, and she said she saw something go past her.

12:41After troopers spoke with the lady that lives next door, it sounds like one of the rounds went through the
12:47windshield and she believed in what passed her, like she actually saw the bullet.
12:50So he's also going to be charged with assault in a third degree for that.

24:35some different colors, which isn't, like, super uncommon,
24:38but in this circumstance, it just kind of adds
24:40to more reasonable suspicion than it is stolen.

40:04he's going to be presenting myself and another trooper
40:07with an award for saving lives.

40:16And these separate instances that saved the lives of two men,
40:19two Alaskans, are here today because of their efforts.
40:23A person was actively drowning in a lake.

40:32Without hesitation, Trooper Stevens removed his duty gear
40:36and spread it to the water's edge.

40:48being a Alaska state trooper.
40:50It's my job to help and protect him.
