00:06cup and uh yeah unfortunately it didn't work out like that and um yeah it was disappointing the
00:11way it happened of course everyone in the team was was really upset with how the game went but um
00:16yeah since coming back here i had i had numerous messages from the lads straight after the game
00:20and also the staff which which was really nice and um yeah coming back in has felt like a bit
00:25of a
00:25breath of fresh air and um yeah it's been nice to train of course we've got some massive games to
00:30look forward to so i think that's really helped in kind of focusing on something else and uh yeah
