00:00Thanks a lot for responding to this important second question, certainly very important and comprehensive and elaborated. It's going to
00:06help our audience. We'd like to move on to my third question. Again, one question says, can self-awareness change
00:13who we become?
00:15I love the questions you asked, Swender. They're very thoughtful questions. I appreciate that. So, in short, in my opinion,
00:25yes, they can change who we've become, provided we understand the value of both self-awareness and conscientious thinking.
00:43When we take the time to listen to our own thoughts, I mean listening, really listening to our thoughts, and
00:54not just be caught in thinking alone, and when we also listen to how our body feels as we talk,
01:07then we become attuned to how aligned we are.
01:11with ourselves.
01:15I have observed many times people thinking of themselves being a whole person, and you can come across these people
01:28anywhere, in religious situations, in corporate environment, in social environments,
01:43So, they come across on the surface as being a whole person, but in a sense, confusing attached parts that
01:56give you the shape of wholeness as automatically being whole.
02:04So, for example, what do I mean by that?
02:12Around the globe, we have observed people who represent a particular role, but not everyone.
02:31Everyone actually exercises the role the way we would have imagined.
02:41And in extreme cases, for example, these are extreme cases, please keep that in mind.
02:47And there do exist stealing accountants.
02:53There do exist murdering nurses.
02:58There do exist raping religious people.
03:06So, in these extreme cases, if these people who represent a role, but do something contradictory, if they were truly
03:22whole, the marbles in their ways, I'm going back to the marble example, the race example,
03:29the marbles in their ways would have been filled in a way that respects the purpose of the space of
03:38the race, which to me is holistic growth.
03:46And this is where conscientious thinking needs to be paired to self-awareness.
03:53So, you can change with self-awareness.
03:56And the reason I'm emphasizing conscientious thinking, because without it, you can change, but that change doesn't necessarily mean that
04:09you change in a good direction.
04:12So, if you want to change into a good direction, you also need to be conscientious.
04:25And this is where conscientious thinking needs to be paired to self-awareness, just like the mind and the heart
04:35are meant to teamwork.
04:41To clarify further, there is something I wrote for myself a while ago.
04:50And I would like to share that.
04:54I have a little bit of a, how can I say?
05:00I write things that are important to me down for myself, but this is one of the items that I'd
05:08like to share.
05:10It's titled Marriage of Mind and Heart.
05:15For the Mind and Heart to work together, it takes tireless effort.
05:23For a mind without a heart leads to corruption.
05:28And a heart without a mind leads to putting your existence on a roulette.
05:36However, when the mind and the heart work together, leading with empathy, the chances are greater to go further than
05:51one could have imagined.
05:53So, what I'm trying to say is, even when you lead with empathy, when you use your mind and your
06:01heart, it does not mean you will not face challenges.
06:06It does not mean you will become a holy person.
06:12You will still make mistakes.
06:15It can happen.
06:17But the chances are higher to progress easier because in a way you are committed to walk through the fire.
06:31Okay.
06:35So, that's my response to your third question.
06:39Okay.
06:40I think there are some questions.
06:40Obviously, thank you for feeling yourself to believe that through its parts of the energy,
06:40but I don't want to answer the questions, and I will try and say it.
06:40I just wanted to ask them to be the first step back.
06:41So, thank you.
