00:00Well, when I initially came onto the property, I saw him camped out there.
00:05Hiram Wiggins works security.
00:07See the trailer behind him?
00:08He noticed it parked on a lot.
00:10That's why I called the number on the trailer.
00:12And when they found out it was stolen.
00:15And then we get this call Wednesday night, they found your trailer.
00:18And I'm like, okay, let's go get it.
00:20Someone recently stole the Camp Rhino Jim's trailer.
00:23It has been absolutely crazy.
00:25Owner Julie Johnston was excited to get it back, but when she went to pick it up.
00:30This couple, this family, they are living in the trailer.
00:34And I show them my title and they're like, okay, it's your trailer.
00:38They have a bad bill of sale.
00:40Benedetto and Lori Messina have been homeless for years.
00:43They saw an ad for the trailer on Craigslist.
00:45He just sold us.
00:47So they started moving out.
00:48And we're just all looking at each other like, is this what we're doing right now?
00:52We're taking a couple's home?
00:54Is that the next right thing to do?
00:57I walked out and she had a title in her hand.
00:59And she was like, you know, we're going to give it to you.
01:02And I'm not a very emotional guy, but I started to get very emotional about it.
01:09Because all I want is a roof over this woman's head.
01:13You always want to try to help first.
01:15We all decided like together, like we need to just give them the trailer.
01:20You know, if it's worth $1,000, whatever.
01:22We can make $1,000, like, but this is their home.
01:26And for them, it makes all the difference in the world.
01:28So signed over the title.
01:30Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
