00:00Someone says, what does the era of automation mean for employees at In-N-Out?
00:04Would you ever transition to mobile order pickup?
00:08We have for sure had that put in front of us, the mobile order.
00:15And the answer is no.
00:18And the main reason is because part of what makes In-N-Out and the experience so special
00:24is the interaction and the customer service that we're able to give,
00:30the smile, the greeting, just that warmth and feeling that culture.
00:39And so the mobile order will definitely take a piece of that away.
00:43And there's also the freshness factor.
00:46And there's a few different things.
00:49With the delivery, there's people that are like, please let us deliver for you.
00:53Yeah, well, it actually wouldn't be hot when it got there.
00:56We want them to enjoy it.

01:06that said, never serve a customer something you yourself wouldn't eat.
