07:53POTS is posterior orthostatic tachycardia syndrome.
07:56POTS is basically where when you stand up, your heart rate goes high and you just pass out.
08:01So my blood pressure is unstable.
08:04It's very common with bariatric patients.
08:07It's not something that you cure.
08:08It's something that goes in remission.
08:10You can you cannot have flare ups for years.
08:12It's kind of like any other autoimmune issue.
08:15We have vegan based protein.
08:16We have whey isolate, whey concentrate.
08:19We have real food.
08:20Now your vegan proteins are different.
08:22They're different types of protein based on how it's sourced.
08:24This green superfood complex, you've got all your greens like your alfalfa, your oat grass, your kale.
08:31You know, at this point, I feel like I just need to be backing my trunk up and saying just

08:36Because I'm looking for all kinds of different vitamins and I want protein and then the super greens and then
08:41you got the red stuff.
08:42And don't forget, you know, the big D. I mean, the vitamin D is really the best vitamin that you
