00:00I would not trade Dexter Lawrence. I would call the bluff. I'd give him a couple extra bucks to
00:05make him happy. If it's draft week, the Giants are going to have to pick up the phone, right?
00:10And I'm sure that there are going to be teams that will pick up the phone. And I think the
00:14teams that make sense here, when you look at it for Dexter Lawrence and the Giants, if they're,
00:19you want to play a matchmaker, the Texans, to me, make a ton of sense. Because Houston
00:26is in win-now mode. Houston will be judged by whether or not they get to the Super Bowl.
00:31I think D'Amico Ryans, who loves veterans, loves his defense. I love D'Amico Ryans.
00:37Would they trade pick 28 to the Giants for Dexter Lawrence? Number two is Cincinnati.
00:42And it'll be a cold day in hell, okay, before you see Mike Brown give up pick number 10.
00:47But what if the Giants were able to get pick 41 and pick 72? Second and a third round
00:55pick. And you know John Harbaugh wants this in the worst possible way, extra picks. Chicago
01:01is interesting to me. They've got pick 25. I think there's a shot this is one that would
01:06have to almost be like a draft night deal, right? I don't think they can afford someone
01:11like Dexter Lawrence. But it's also not my job to massage and manipulate the salary cap.
01:18San Francisco is in win-now mode. San Francisco getting someone like Dexter Lawrence pick 27
01:23makes a lot of sense. And at a distant five on the list to round it out, I would go
01:29with
01:30the Chargers, who obviously have pick number 22. And then we'll start talking about a
01:34Harbaugh-Harbaugh kind of trade. John Harbaugh and his brother are super close, but also
01:38Joe Ortiz. That's a guy, at the end of the day, the general manager for the Chargers. He
01:44and John Harbaugh worked together brilliantly years ago with the Baltimore Ravens.
