00:20Monday, April 6, around 7 p.m., Offset, whose real name is Chiari Kendrel Cephas, was smiling,
00:26chatting, and posing with fans near the valet area of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
00:32An eyewitness told TMZ that the bad and bougie hitmaker seemed relaxed and friendly, just
00:38moments before he was suddenly shot. Police were on site immediately, the situation was contained
00:43quickly, and two individuals were detained. The identity of the shooter and a motive remain
00:48unclear at this time. Offset was transported to nearby Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood,
00:54where he received medical care and is being closely monitored. Cops added,
