Sienna and her brother Jonathan barely crawled out of Art the Clown’s last Halloween nightmare. So, naturally, they try the classic reset button. Christmas time. Festive vibes. Peace, quiet, and maybe a moment where nothing is actively trying to ruin their lives.

For about five minutes.

Because Art the Clown does what he does best, chaos on cue. While the residents of Miles County drift off on Christmas Eve like it’s a normal night, the movie turns the holiday into a full-on terror spectacle. It’s not subtle, it’s not tasteful, and it’s definitely not here for your “cozy season” expectations.

If you want horror that treats Christmas like a dare, Terrifier 3 will happily accept.

Sienna und ihr Bruder Jonathan sind gerade erst aus dem letzten Halloween-Albtraum von Art the Clown raus. Klingt nach: geschafft. Falsch gedacht. Denn kaum rückt Weihnachten an, versuchen die beiden tatsächlich, so zu tun, als gäbe es so etwas wie Normalität. Gute Stimmung, lockere Momente, Weihnachtsplätzchen statt Panik. Natürlich hält das nicht lange, weil Art the Clown die Idee von „besinnlich“ offenbar nur als Vorschlag versteht.

Terrifier 3 schaltet auf Horrormodus und dreht das Fest zur Horror-Show. Miles County schläft zwar friedlich ein. Der Film macht daraus aber keine Entspannung, sondern einen ziemlich kalten Weckruf. Wenn du Humor in Blutfontänen magst, ist das hier dein Kalenderkiller.
