00:11it wasn't just a missing woman it's a missing woman with a two-week-old baby they were able
00:19to confirm her whereabouts that morning but anything past that was a huge mystery my first
00:24thought was what did he do to her what has he done when people become obsessed they can escalate to
00:31murder every one of her friends are possible suspects police have a very small window of
00:38opportunity before something really bad could happen the smell of decomposing flesh is coming
00:45from the trunk of the car no one would have expected this kind of an outcome this is not a
00:51crime of
00:52passion there was something that was thought out deliberately to lie for nine months is ruthless
00:59it's calculated it's evil to plan this it's disturbing it's insanity
01:21austin is the capital of texas it's a very safe city compared to other major metropolitan cities
01:27and really the crime problem there is more of lesser crimes petty crimes misdemeanors
01:37but on december 12 2019 a patrol officer takes a missing person report
01:44someone named shane curry calls the austin police department and let him know that his fiance and his
01:50baby who was two and a half weeks old they're missing that right away is going to send us to
01:55another level of concern so they immediately call for the on-duty detective in the missing persons unit
02:03when investigators arrived on scene they meet shane who had called the police that night and he said
02:09his fiancee heidi broussard was a 33 year old beautiful mother of two they had a son silas he's
02:16six years old and a precious little baby girl who was two and a half weeks old named margo
02:22their son silas was home with shane only heidi and newborn margo they're missing what's really
02:29important in missing people cases is when's the last time the person was seen you always start to
02:35search there so shane laid out the timeline he told investigators that day started out like most normal
02:45days shane got up about 6 a.m and he got ready for work and he left for work about
02:496 30. heidi ended
02:51up getting up with both kids and was getting silas ready to go to school that morning heidi called
02:56him at 8 30 that morning after leaving the school she said she had dropped off their son
03:03that's the last time that shane spoke to heidi shane gets back to his apartment about 2 30 after he's
03:10done working for the day shane finds the apartment completely empty no heidi no baby he initially
03:19thought maybe she had just taken the baby and was visiting somebody in the apartment complex
03:25so he starts looking around and he notices her vehicle in the apartment complex ends up going to
03:31her vehicle and finding it unlocked inside is her purse her wallet and a few other items that heidi would
03:38never leave behind one thing missing was her cell phone shane told us he called heidi gets nothing
03:48but then he realizes hey i better get to the elementary school to pick up my son shane said he
03:55goes to the
03:56elementary school he picks up his son goes back home heidi does not show up
04:04he started to be concerned on why was she not showing up this is unlike her what happened so he's
04:12calling her repeatedly and her phone is just going to voicemail then he starts making phone calls to
04:19her friends her family he calls rachel one of heidi's co-workers and megan one of heidi's best friends
04:28nobody has had any contact with her so he tries her cell phone again nothing so shane said at that
04:37point in time at about 7 30 it was really getting concerned so he called the austin police department
04:43to report her as missing heidi's case was different it wasn't just a missing woman it's a missing woman
04:52with a two-week-old baby police really stepped into action because of the age of the baby the
04:58urgency of finding this newborn as investigators searched the apartment there's no forced entry in
05:05the apartment there's no signs of struggle in the apartment there was nothing out of place there was
05:11nothing you know thrown around the room everything was seemingly normal they didn't find any forensic
05:17evidence that a crime had been committed there but one of the things that concerned the investigators
05:25was that shane said that the baby was having some issues with taking food and there had to be a
05:32formula mixture with breast milk the diaper bag special food were still in the apartment baby margo
05:40had health complications from birth she had jaundice so heidi would have taken this special formula that
05:46margo needed she knows better than to leave all of that behind what woman takes a two-week-old baby
05:53without food without diapers without her purse police would certainly consider the possibility
05:59that since she had so recently given birth there could be a postpartum complication is she depressed
06:06is she suicidal a lot of moms do go through postpartum depression right after having a child
06:12but shane told investigators that heidi was in a really good place she didn't suffer from postpartum
06:17and she was doing really well after the birth of margo at this point we think this is a legitimate
06:23kidnapping of a woman and a baby so austin police and their detectives immediately do a neighborhood
06:30canvas of the apartment complex to see if anyone had seen anything noticed anything strange but people
06:37saw nothing and the apartment complex didn't have cameras at that point in time we did what's called
06:45a reverse 911 where the 911 system actually calls every telephone number in a specific geographic area
06:54to alert them that someone is missing a baby's missing and there was a press conference and heidi just
07:02having a baby it really grabbed our attention heidi and margot were last seen on thursday december 12th
07:09here in austin texas heidi is a 33 year old white female she stands five foot three 150 pounds if
07:16you
07:16see heidi or margot please contact the austin police department or your local law enforcement agency
07:22young mother suddenly goes missing very young baby missing with her the police are concerned about foul play
07:33the reality is that heidi broussard was an attractive young woman with a small child she would be a
07:40very vulnerable victim if somebody were looking for one an eyewitness saw heidi and baby margot getting
07:48inside of a vehicle the address was given out when the raid was announced and oh my god that was
07:55when
07:56all hell brokers heidi broussard and her little baby girl who was two and a half weeks old named margot
08:13they're missing and the reverse 911 search called out about 4 000 of the neighbors but no leads were found
08:23the next day on the 13th the austin police detectives started talking to immediate family and heidi's
08:30friends my friend rachel she called me and told me that heidi was missing i was just like what do
08:38you
08:38mean she's missing i don't think your brain processes what's really going on but when i was told that she
08:45never picked silas up from school i knew that something was wrong your mind goes to the unanswered
08:52questions is she being taken care of is the baby being taken care of is she being fed are they
08:58cold
09:00you know are they alone
09:03you just you don't know
09:07investigators want to know all the details about heidi who was she did she have any mental illness
09:13is there trouble at home that led them to leave i told the police heidi rocked being a mom she
09:22truly
09:22rocked it her kids were everything to her she would absolutely never leave silas and me knowing the
09:34turmoil that her and shane had been in previously my first thought was what did he do to her
09:41what has he done in my experience the largest majority of the time when things like this happen
09:49it's going to be the spouse the fiancee the boyfriend someone who is close to the victim
09:54so of course the police are going to look at shane first
10:01we grew up in lake charles louisiana
10:03when heidi was in her mid-20s she worked at the casino for a while living her best life
10:08she was a cocktail waitress and had met shane there and fell in love
10:17they had one of those relationships it was a little tumultuous it was back and forth
10:22but pretty early on she found out she was pregnant
10:26of course the way we were raised her getting pregnant out of quote-unquote wedlock was definitely
10:34not the way you want to tell your family but she always wanted to be a mom they moved to
10:39austin right
10:40before silas was born and they had silas and nothing else mattered they were together eight years but
10:50unfortunately her and shane had broke up a lot she told me about abuse whether it's financial emotional
10:57mental but we all thought she knows when enough is enough and the last breakup that was it that was
11:04going to be it but then early that year she found out she was pregnant with margo
11:13and she told me she wanted to give it another shot because she wanted her family she wanted the unit
11:19and she wanted her kids to have that come hell or high water she was going to make her family
11:24work
11:26it's not unreasonable to wonder if something had re-emerged from the previous conflicts that they had
11:33had that was now creating strife in their relationship again
11:39next shane was brought into austin police department to do a real formal in-depth interview
11:46through the course of the interviews with shane it was obvious there were some troubles in the
11:50relationship but it's natural to have troubles in relationships shane told the police that him and
11:56heidi were in a good place and tells them there was never any physical abuse and the last time he
12:03spoke
12:03with her was the day she went missing she was just leaving silas at school she told him what she
12:09did
12:09at the school and that she ended up getting three books for silas and she was really excited to be
12:13able to read to him that night so while they continue speaking with shane investigators need to verify
12:20when heidi had last been seen austin police go through the surveillance from her son's school
12:27and they find footage of her dropping off her son for school she ends up getting caught on the camera
12:33at about 8 12 that morning heidi broussard was last seen in this image released by austin police
12:39smiling and wearing a purple sweatshirt her assumption is that they're alive and the sooner
12:45that we can find them the better so they were able to confirm her whereabouts that morning but anything
12:51past that was a huge mystery now investigators need to find out from shane where he was does he have
13:00an alibi in this case shane said he was at work his boss confirmed that he was at work all
13:06day as he
13:07was supposed to be so there was nothing atypical about his day shane was very helpful he gave the
13:15police his cell phone we could see when she called him that he in fact had talked to her on
13:20december 12th
13:22he had already let them search in the apartment he let them look at the car so there was nothing
13:26he
13:26was holding back his alibis checking out also looking into shane there was nothing that popped up that
13:33said there was any domestic violence that there were any police calls for service at the address
13:39as far as law enforcement was concerned he was not part of heidi being missing so at this point the
13:47police have very little to go on because this child is so young just a few weeks old has some
13:55medical
13:55complications and just needs basic needs taken care of investigators have a very small window of
14:01opportunity before something really bad could happen so i called the chief of the austin police department
14:07and said hey the fbi has a lot of resources we can bring we have the card team a group
14:15of
14:15investigators intelligence analysts technicians that focus on child abductions one of the things
14:22we brought to bear in this particular case is something called the fbi's child abduction rapid
14:28deployment team that we deploy at the request of our state and local partners whenever a child is
14:34abducted our investigators move out very quickly to start looking very aggressively where could she be
14:41where could this baby be we need to find heidi and her new baby as soon as possible
14:56heidi and her new baby have been missing for a number of days the fbi card team start looking hard
15:03for heidi after they speak with him on december 13th investigators moved on from shane the next step once
15:12you rule out a spouse or a partner as you start to look at you really have to start digging
15:17in on all
15:18of those people as possible suspects and very outgoing she was someone who had a lot of friends
15:26and she was like the go-to of the group i told a plea me rachel and heidi we were
15:33just best friends
15:33and we go to church camp every year became good friends and they've always kept in touch
15:39it's kind of funny when heidi got pregnant with silas we were pregnant at the same time i was
15:45pregnant with my second one and she was pregnant with her first and you know she was so excited
15:49we were both having boys and when heidi had gotten pregnant with margo her best friend megan was having
15:57a baby too and they were excited to be pregnant together and just to have the same due date heidi
16:06was
16:06always the cheerleader when she loved you she loved you and she'd never let you go no matter where
16:13anybody lived you know she was always the lifeline that kept everybody together so when heidi went
16:23missing i thought it was either shane or definitely a stranger because none of heidi's friends would hurt
16:30heidi i know it's shane i know he did it i know it's him it's got to be like who
16:37else would it be
16:42even though investigators were able to confirm shane heidi and shane had a toxic relationship
16:47there was a lot of speculation around him so i wanted to put together a search team i was like
16:54we need to go find her called equi search because of her disappearance that search is involved in
17:04volunteer search efforts we don't charge a nickel we'll be part of a search and helping families we're
17:12not part of an investigation but many times we've given them information that's led to some pretty good
17:21results i remember talking to heidi's friends and other family members i talked to a very close friend
17:30her name was megan she was telling me the stories about heidi and shane they were having some problems
17:39and she says knowing what i know about that relationship it wouldn't surprise me if shane did
17:46something to her and i said he really feels oh he's capable and megan said he's more than capable
17:55she pointed 100 to shane
18:00nary i met with shane met with shane's dad there was many many volunteers that wanted to get involved
18:09so weeks here in austin there's a lot of different terrain that you go looking through
18:14you have zilker park you have all the green belts you have natural waterways
18:19i actually marked spots on maps that she possibly could have walked to or she possibly could have
18:27taken a cab too shane and i spent a lot of time together driving around kind of looking at different
18:34areas everybody read voice sound like he was going to break down and cry his demeanor just wasn't at all
18:43what i thought that it should have been it seemed strange to say the least
18:53wow we were looking for her we were all talking trying to keep up to date with everything
18:59but there was no trace i was just like well will this ever be solved because they didn't feel like
19:05they were getting anywhere there were some calls that came in with possible sightings but none of them
19:12ended up be really credible after some of the search efforts that we did we haven't found anything
19:20we don't have anywhere else to go
19:27so next an emergency order was filed with heidi's cell phone company to see was the phone hitting
19:33we call it pinging was the cell phone active and hitting somewhere that request went through and it
19:38came back that her phone was either off or at a battery and it had not pinged anywhere since pinging
19:44at
19:45the house on december 12th the day that heidi disappears so he started canvassing through the
19:51neighborhood again because a lot of times what you find is people see things that they don't know
19:57are important until you really jog their brain this time one witness described a four-door sedan
20:07of a light color that she saw go around towards the back where heidi's apartment was
20:13then another neighbor actually remembered seeing somebody with the description of heidi and margot
20:19getting inside of a similar vehicle so we're starting to get a little bit more of a picture
20:25of the last time anyone had seen heidi but when people are missing you're going down different
20:30investigative avenues at the same time as we interviewed more of heidi's friends a couple
20:36of people told us that one of heidi's friends acted odd during the delivery of heidi's baby
20:43so investigators go to the hospital and interview delivery staff
20:49the nurse remembered right after heidi gave birth to margot most of the family got to hold the baby
20:54well shane's dad was ready to hold the baby and heidi's friend stepped in and said hold on and
21:00aggressively took the baby from him she acts very possessive with the baby acts very strange in general
21:06and literally takes the baby from the grandfather because she wants to hold the baby
21:14once we got that story of what happened in the maternity room our behavioral analysis people right
21:21away said hey we really got to look at this this could possibly be a maternal desire type situation
21:29maternal desire is a mental state where a woman has an insatiable drive to acquire a child
21:38that's why maternity rooms are so locked down because unfortunately there's been a number of
21:43instances where people have gotten in there and stolen a baby when we heard how heidi's friend acted with
21:51the baby it made us very suspicious about her mental state now we have a suspicious person
22:01our investigators from the card team said we got to go hard on this
22:06we need to figure out who is this woman and where could she be
22:21the police had talked to the hospital staff where heidi gave birth to baby margot the nurses remember
22:30one of heidi's good friends was acting super possessive over margot right after she was
22:35born police were concerned about the possibility of maternal desire which can turn into something
22:44that is not altogether different from what i would call delusional this baby's mind i need this baby i must
22:51have it when people get into that sort of delusional or semi-delusional world reality doesn't matter anymore
23:01and when people become that obsessed and that divorced from reality that can escalate to extreme
23:09violence it can escalate to murder so investigators decided to take this very seriously right from the
23:16beginning so investigators asked shane who in fact was in the hospital room when heidi was delivering
23:23margot and he mentioned megan megan megan humphrey which was one of her closest friends
23:30once we identify megan as the woman in the maternity ward with the strange behavior we start going back and
23:37re-interviewing people to say what can you tell us about her what's her timeline and any of these other
23:44pieces we have could it fit back to her so heidi's friends told investigators that megan lived in houston
23:55but they still kept in touch megan was one of heidi's best friends since their early teens but
24:01while heidi and megan were really close friends most of heidi's friends didn't really love megan
24:07when heidi introduced us unfortunately i got a bad vibe from megan i didn't like her right away but
24:16heidi's heart was so pure she loved everybody so i mean she's been friends with her for many many years
24:25according to her friends they just thought megan was a little weird didn't really click with her
24:29could give or take her but heidi was you know the embracer through the course of re-interviews
24:38asking about megan we find out megan announced she's pregnant not long after heidi announced she
24:45was pregnant when she was told about the pregnancy megan was like we're going to be pregnant together
24:51november 26th the day that margo was born megan came down to austin megan was about 37 weeks pregnant
25:02at this time heidi's friends told police it was remarkable that she had driven about three hours
25:08from houston to austin to be present for the birth of baby margo and just a few weeks later on
25:17december
25:17the eighth or the ninth she tells everyone she gave birth to her own baby named luna investigators
25:25ask her friends did you see a picture of the baby have you seen this baby and all of them
25:31said i haven't
25:33seen a picture of her wow you're a new mom you're proud of this baby and you haven't shown a
25:40picture
25:41so that was very quickly looked at but there's no evidence that she had a baby at all and she
25:50really
25:50starts rising on the list of of suspects you start doing research and now things start to click she
25:57actually has a four-door light-colored sedan like the car that somebody saw heidi and the baby get into
26:05in the parking lot when they went missing investigators start looking into all the red
26:10light cameras in the area as well as license plate readers and their license plate readers showing her
26:16in the area the day that heidi disappears also after her cell phone records were retrieved her phone had
26:24been pinged that date on different cell phone towers that were located near heidi's apartment
26:28so now at this point investigators put together a lineup of multiple people and megan humphrey and
26:35take this lineup back to the neighbor for an eyewitness account when they showed her megan humphrey the
26:41neighbor actually said this person is the person that she saw heidi and margo getting in the vehicle
26:48with on the morning of their disappearance obviously she is now suspect number one
26:58in this case is she going to harm the baby is she going to run is she going to do
27:02something
27:03you don't always want to do an interview right away because obviously the minute you do an interview
27:07they know that they're a suspect and we are very concerned for the safety of the child
27:14so the decision was let's put a surveillance team all around the house in houston to see is there any
27:20sign
27:21of heidi a baby anything strange the texas rangers were called in to assist them with the surveillance on
27:30megan's house in houston texas we see her car in the backyard it fits the four-door light color
27:38sedan that one witness described to us at a point during the surveillance a man leaves the house
27:45let's follow him see who he is where's he going he goes to target where he is observed buying baby
27:52supplies the texas rangers make the decision hey this is a life safety issue we're concerned about the
28:00health of the baby we're going to intervene right now so the texas rangers grab him in the parking
28:05lot they start asking him questions he identified himself as christopher green they find out this is
28:13megan's ex-boyfriend whom she lives with they asked him if he had a newborn child and he said he
28:18did
28:18and they told him we're looking into why heidi as well as her child are missing and they show him
28:24a
28:24picture of baby marco and he said that's my baby that's my baby at home
28:39investigators stopped christopher green megan's ex-boyfriend whom she lives with after he leaves
28:45target he had a bunch of baby items he says why i'm buying this stuff because my girlfriend had a
28:51baby but the texas rangers show him a picture of the missing baby and he says that's the baby that's
28:59at
28:59my house and then they ask him if he was present at the birth christopher green told investigators that
29:08he's an oil field worker when he arrived home from a work trip on december 13th his ex-girlfriend
29:15megan had given birth a few days before that while he was gone he said well why didn't you call
29:21me
29:21she's like please don't be angry but i ended up having the baby at a birthing center obviously if
29:28you're the father of a baby it's very surprising that you were not present when the baby was born
29:33the whole story doesn't hold water it doesn't make sense doesn't add up at all
29:38so based on all the information that christopher green gave authorities at that point
29:42they had enough probable cause to go back and enter the property where megan was with the baby
29:52i had been doing podcasting for roughly a year before the heidi case came about
29:58it was december 19th i interviewed her friend paressa to raise awareness about heidi and the baby's
30:05disappearance after a week of heidi being missing i think her friends and family were getting really
30:11desperate so we are talking to heidi's best friend caressa we were live on youtube so everybody is
30:19participating in real time everything of hers was there besides her phone and her keys which is very
30:25very odd yeah as the interview went on someone in the chat had said breaking news they're raiding
30:31a home in houston and that changed everything wait a second you guys we have breaking news northwest
30:37harris county home swarmed by fbi and austin police the address was given out when the raid was
30:44announced and someone in the chat started searching the address of that house and someone found a baby
30:51registry megan humphrey and christopher green oh my god oh my god what what that's megan her best friend
31:02what what oh my god that's megan's house
31:08and that was when all hell broke loose i'm over here freaking out guys sorry
31:14oh
31:19i'm so sorry caressa i'm so sorry
31:27authorities enter the property where megan was with the baby and rescue the baby some of the agents
31:33take this baby to a hospital to make sure that the baby is okay then they begin to interview megan
31:40at the house megan tells the investigators the baby was her baby girl named luna okay when did you have
31:47the baby where did you have the baby she couldn't tell them where she had the baby how could you
31:52not
31:52remember since we were pretty sure this is heidi's baby now where is heidi investigators expanded their
32:02search and they start looking for heidi they are searching everywhere to see if there's any evidence of
32:09her being alive walking through the backyard immediately one of the texas rangers is struck
32:18with this smell that's coming out of the car as investigators you know that smell they pop the trunk
32:26and inside of the trunk they find a black duffel bag
32:31and upon opening the black duffel bag they find a female deceased pretty quickly they realized based on
32:37photos they had this is in fact heidi although we were very happy to retrieve the baby alive and
32:46healthy it's hard to celebrate that when you know that heidi died
32:53we have a fox news alert for you a dead body and a baby found alive in that search connected
33:00to the
33:00missing mother down in texas heidi broussard and her newborn daughter margot
33:04just i'm watching news coverage and then
33:16you see the stretcher with the body pack
33:22and you know that your friends in them your friends are there
33:31i just remember screaming
33:36um and i'm just screaming like she she's gone she's dead
33:44i got a call from my detective says hey i just want to make you aware
33:48that we're i want to hide his friend's house i can't get a lot of information right now but
33:53are taking megan in custody but we do have the baby heidi is deceased
34:04and um just thinking man if i could just see shane right now and just hug him and say i'm
34:10sorry
34:10i'm sorry man i'm sorry once the baby was released from the hospital and dna testing proved that it was
34:19heidi's heidi's baby she was returned to the family
34:28based on evidence license plate readers showing her in the area the day that heidi disappears
34:34her cell phone records heidi's baby at her house in houston her car with heidi in the trunk
34:42when you add all that together we know megan is responsible for this crime
34:49i'm angry we're all angry
34:53by heidi your best friend is supposed to be the person you trust more than anybody
35:01the houston coroner did an autopsy and declared that heidi was killed by strangulation
35:09authorities charged megan with capital murder and two counts of kidnapping an account of
35:14tampering with evidence a human corpse for putting heidi in the trunk of the vehicle
35:19but megan would never speak with investigators about the details i'm not sure we're ever going to know
35:24the full story behind what happened between heidi and megan but it was pretty obvious it was a plan
35:30that was thought out deliberately over the course of months the timing of megan's announcement that
35:38she was pregnant doesn't seem accidental or coincidental she was probably planning right from the outset
35:47to take heidi's baby from her and the only way that that timeline would work is if she too became
35:54pregnant right around the same time the idea that somebody could lie for nine months to everybody they
36:00love is ruthless it's calculated it's evil so now at this point investigators must ask how in the
36:11world did megan's ex-boyfriend not know this whole time it sounds very suspicious so we really start to
36:20think about was this person part of this was christopher green planning this with megan
36:50the story that he told them was plausible he had broken up with megan months earlier
37:00right before megan announced she was pregnant within days of the now ex-boyfriend kicking her out of the
37:08house she comes back and says hey i'm pregnant and he allows her to move back in they were sleeping
37:16in
37:16separate rooms they weren't being intimate with one another so he was clueless he had not seen her naked
37:23and could not confirm and could not confirm that she was pregnant so he took it on her word obviously
37:29megan's boyfriend was
37:31investigated thoroughly and although it looks very strange it was determined that he was truthful and he was proven to
37:40have nothing to do with this crime
37:45this is a textbook case of maternal desire where megan was envious of her friend for having
37:52a baby getting pregnant everything that went with it she consciously made the decision i'm going to kill my
37:59best friend to take her baby because that's what i want looking back this is where i think the story
38:08started
38:13megan's boyfriend chris he was breaking up with her she's got to figure out how to make him
38:19stay what's the easiest way to keep somebody is to tell him you're pregnant when heidi first announced
38:26her pregnancy with the baby megan told everybody that she was pregnant too then over the course of
38:33the subsequent months she faked a pregnancy she gained a lot of weight she stuffed her belly to
38:42show that she was getting bigger and bigger every single month she created a baby registry and then later
38:48had a baby shower on november 26th heidi gives birth and megan is there with her
38:56and then a little over a week later megan tells all of her friends that she gave birth to a
39:00baby
39:00girl named luna on december 12th early in the afternoon megan comes to visit heidi at her department
39:08complex we don't know exactly how megan got heidi down to the car but somehow using that friendship
39:16megan got heidi to bring the baby down and see her investigators think that after megan got heidi
39:22in the car she strangled her and drove back to houston with heidi's body and the baby
39:29the next day when megan's ex-boyfriend came back home she introduced baby margot to him as his child
39:42to think that this was planned out over a nine-month period that she was going to do away with
39:47her friend
39:48just to get her baby and never have one thought that this might not be a good idea is crazy
39:54to me
39:57we did lay heidi to rest right before christmas and she had the absolute most beautiful funeral
40:03i saw shane at the funeral and i said i want to let you know that i blamed you i
40:10had to admit this to him
40:12and it sucked he was just like it's okay it's okay he was like everybody thought it you know you're
40:18not the only one you aren't alone megan never went to trial for this case she actually accepted a plea
40:25deal megan was sentenced to 55 years in prison no chance of parole and no chance to appeal her case
40:35what is justice justice is only a word families never get over it it's just a word to hopefully
40:44comfort us there's a lot of evil in this world and it just makes you take a step back and
40:54look around i mean she thought that this person was her best friend for 20 years
41:00i can't even imagine she took the mother of two children those children will never have a mother now
41:06she destroyed an entire family and it really breaks my heart to think about that
41:16heidi was
41:19a light in everybody's life she was a good person a good friend she had a laugh that was unmistakable
41:28and she wanted to make everybody's day a little brighter
41:34we all want to keep her memory alive because heidi never missed the opportunity
41:40to take somebody in and make them feel special and that's just but that's who she was
41:45so
41:46you
41:47you
41:47you
