00:26It inspires us to redouble our commitments in two ways.
00:31One is to ensure that as many New Yorkers in this city as possible can earn a living wage
00:38so that they can actually keep up with the cost of living in the city.
00:41And two is to tackle the costs that are pushing that cost of living so high.
