00:17passes are inbound, and Azure Lane makes a splash with Wave 8.
00:21There are also several gameplay and quality life improvements, like objective points,

00:42Update 15.3 is going to be released a day earlier and lasts about 6 weeks.
00:47This big boy kicks a new Dockyard into production, where you'll have a chance to construct your very own
00:53historic German Tier IX Premium Destroyer ZH1.
00:58It was the Dutch who started building her, but after occupying the country,
01:03the German seized the ship and installed some modifications.
01:06She boasts an interesting blend of Dutch and German characteristics.
01:10For example, she comes equipped with an HE bomb airstrike, and the following consumables.
01:17The short burst smoke generator, the hydroacoustic surge, and engine boost.
01:24Want to learn more about the first non-Dutch destroyer with an airstrike?
01:28Check out our dedicated article and an upcoming video on our channel.
01:32The Dockyard consists of 20 phases, 18 of which you can complete just by fulfilling combat missions,
01:37while the remaining 2 are available for doubloons.
01:40As is tradition, we've prepared 2 starter packs at a discounted price.
01:44Just grab them quickly, as they'll only be available before you finish 4 phases with combat missions.
01:49The combat missions themselves will last throughout Update 15.3 and the first 3 weeks of Update 15.4.
01:56During the last week, you'll be able to finish your ZH1 by buying phases for doubloons.

02:1015 levels.
02:11They have their own second progression lines, and you'll need to unlock them for doubloons separately if you want additional

04:38Update 15.3 introduces a new feature, Objective Points.
04:42This edition is designed to give you clear insights on how your in-game decision and actions directly support your
04:49team's success.
04:50This new metric focuses on objectives, and complements other performance indicators such as damage dealt, spotting, and potential damage.
04:58It's a gauge of your overall effectiveness in battle.
05:01You can earn objective points through actions such as destroying enemy ships and contributing to mode objectives.
05:07For example, when you capture or defend key areas in Domination Mode.
05:12You can read more about this new feature in our Update article.
05:17The next changes impact the Domination Mode in Random Battles.
05:21We've crunched the numbers and noticed that the standard scenarios were ending sooner on average compared to the alternative scenarios.
05:28So, from now on, Domination Alternative Node will become the new standard, and these settings will apply to scenarios with
05:35three or four key areas.
05:37This will affect all maps and ship tiers along with training battles.
05:41For more information on these changes, check out the development blog.
05:46Moving on to tune-ups on the Mountain Range map.
05:49The previous layout had some quirks.
05:51It divided the map too much and restricted movement options, and the left flank didn't provide much cover.
05:57Check out the updated version of the map.
06:00We've opened it up more.
06:01We've adjusted the terrain above and below the water and improved the position of islands and covering spots.
06:07We've also made some changes to the key area positioning.
06:10Now, A is more accessible, and notice that we've moved key area B.
06:16Our work on updating aircraft carrier mechanics continues.
06:20Update 15.3 brings new improvements to the visibility of patrol fighters and their action zones.
06:27Up until now, you had to detect the actual patrol fighters, and only then could you see their zones.
06:33As a result, players were sometimes oblivious to how close they were to the zone because they couldn't spot the
06:39aircraft due to terrain or smoke.
06:40What's more, if you lost sight of the patrol fighter plane, you'd also lose sight of its patrol zone.
06:46The new changes aim to make the patrol fighter zone more consistent and noticeable.
06:51From now on, you can detect it with any surface ship, aircraft, or submarine if you get within 10 kilometers
06:57of its border,
06:58regardless of whether there are any obstacles in the line of sight.
07:02Once the zone has been detected by the enemy team, it will remain visible for the rest of its active
07:07duration,
07:07even if all enemy ships later move away from the area.
07:13This update brings five Brawls with a variety of formats.
07:16Pay extra attention to Brawls 1 and 3, as their special ship modifiers will make the battles even spicier.
07:23Jump into Brawl 1 to experience super-fast main gun reloading with a catch, lower accuracy.
07:29In Brawl 3, you can only play battleships, which get a huge buff to their accuracy and a bump up
07:34for speed and maneuverability.
07:36Before we part ways, a small reminder that a new ship rotation is on the way, and it's bringing back
07:41a fan favorite.
07:43Sabir!
07:45Alright, that's it for the update 15.3 video.
07:48What things got you excited?
07:50Tell us in the comments, we really do read them and they mean a lot.
07:54Until next time, fair winds and following seas.
