00:00I'm gonna hand you some photos from your past projects and I'd love to know
00:04With me, that's gonna be bad eyebrows. I can tell you right now. Really?
00:09Have you seen some of my 90s brows? I don't know. They're all great.
00:12I don't think I've looked at it through the brow lens, so I guess we're gonna see them now.
00:15Sarah, I'm gonna start with you with one of my all-time favorite movies, Scooby-Doo.
00:19Honestly, genuinely. What do you remember about filming this scene in particular?
00:23Because Daphne is such a badass and so many fans love this scene in particular.
00:26So this was really cool. I didn't have like a ton to do like during filming, so I got a
00:30lot of days off.
00:31And we worked with a Hong Kong wire team to train for that scene.
00:35And so I had all these days off, so I would just learn from the Hong Kong wire team and
00:40practice and yeah.
00:41So and it was the crew that had done a lot of Matrix.
00:44Cool!
00:44And so that was so much fun to like add to my repertoire because I'd never been able to do
00:48that much wire work
00:50because on Buffy we didn't have the time to wire like that.
00:52Yeah.
00:53So that was a highlight.
00:54I remember about filming Spy Kids because that's such a cool classic.
00:58Yeah, Spy Kids 3D.
01:01So I had worked with Robert Rodriguez on the faculty.
01:04He then went and did the first Spy Kids, second Spy Kids, and he emailed me and he's like,
01:09Hey, we're doing another Spy Kids, I have a fun little bit for you.
01:14Would you come to Austin and just do this little bit?
01:15It's called The Guy.
01:16It's kind of like The Chosen One for the context of our movie.
01:20And it just sounded really funny because the whole premise is that this guy shows up, he's the guy, and
01:26then he dies really quickly.
01:27Really fun. I think it was a day of work.
01:29I love Austin, Texas.
01:32I love Robert.
01:33I'll do anything that he asked me to do.
01:36He's super creative and has a wonderful sort of family of creativity around him.
01:40So yeah, that was that. It was really a fun day.
01:42For Buffy, correct me if I'm wrong, is this your favorite episode, the prom episode?
01:46Yes, this is one of my favorite episodes.
01:49I have a couple, but this is one of them.
01:51Just because it sort of encapsulated everything that I loved about the show.
01:55It was drama, it was fighting, and it was really like heartwarming.
02:00But yes, the infamous story goes, this is the umbrella that I didn't take from, this is the, yes, yes.
02:05So this was the one prop that I was always sad that I didn't take, and Chloe Zhao had heard
02:10that I was sad about that.
02:11And so recently, Chloe had a prop house, hired a prop house to remake the entire, yeah, and so she
02:17gave it to me.
02:17Now I really understand it. That's amazing.
02:19Yes, so now the story, now it's in context for you.
02:20He's heard the story, but he has not actually seen it.
02:22So yes, that is the class protector umbrella, so now it sits in my office.
02:25Wow.
02:25Now if it's not nailed down, I'm taking it. Learned my lesson.
02:28So Wilfred.
02:29Oh, I loved Wilfred.
02:31I did too. It was really fun.
02:33I loved Wilfred.
02:33So me and Jason Gann. Jason Gann created the character of Wilfred, the dog that I see is a man
02:40in a dog suit.
02:41And this is us, this is an episode that we, there's a fair amount of dance choreography.
02:47And now I'm forgetting the context of why we were dancing.
02:50But the whole, the whole last bit of the episode is like this dance fantasy with the two of us
02:56in like tops and tails.
02:57And we had to like train for a number of weeks leading up to it.
03:02And I'm not a dancer, but this show was such a blast.
03:05And this just reminds me of many days spent with Jason Gann laughing my ass off.
03:10That was for both of you.
03:11Uh-huh.
03:11From Ready or Not to Here I Come.
03:13What was it like filming together?
03:15It was a blast.
03:16I loved it.
03:16We never worked together.
03:18We've known each other, but like never gotten to like have that kind of time.
03:21But interesting fun fact about this set that I will remember is that we traveled all the way to Niagara
03:27Falls for this.
03:28And we couldn't show that it was Niagara Falls because obviously it doesn't take place there.
03:31So right behind us literally is the falls.
03:35Like you could hear it.
03:36You could, so when you see this scene, yeah.
03:37I stayed the night in Niagara Falls and my room had like a falls view and literally.
03:44No, the room was in the falls because I saw Sean's.
03:46Absolutely insane.
03:48Like such a cool thing to like go to sleep to and wake up to.
