07:14Doesn't matter how much the public complains, nothing happens.
07:45They steal from the people.
07:46But, they also steal from the gods in Puducherry.
07:59They have grabbed temple land and stolen from the gods.
08:09Law and order, yeah, law and order is declining.
08:16People are afraid to walk at night.
08:18Women and children are vulnerable.
08:32And, the lieutenant governor himself has admitted rampant drug abuse among school students in the state.
08:51They know the problem exists, and yet they do nothing about it.

09:01What is the Congress alliance government going to do for Puducherry?
09:12We are going to give 2,000 rupees monthly support to the unemployed youngsters.
09:26And, we are going to create 30,000 new jobs in private and public sector.
09:44I can see many women sitting in the crowd.
09:48I am proud to tell you that you are going to travel for free in Puducherry's buses.
10:04We are going to relax entry into government jobs till the age of 40.
10:24Every single family in Puducherry is going to have health care insurance of 20,000 rupees available to them.
10:47Whenever you fall sick, no matter what, you need a surgery, heart disease, cancer, whatever you need, 20,000 rupees
10:59will be available to you as insurance.
11:18And, for us, the most important thing is that the people of Puducherry get a voice in their government.
11:40We do not want Puducherry to be ruled by a lieutenant governor like a king.
11:56We want the people of Puducherry to rule this beautiful state.
12:07That is why we are committed to statehood.
12:11And, we are going to hold local body elections within six months of coming to power in Puducherry.
12:35So, the next generation of leaders can arise in this beautiful state.
