00:14We have to rehydrate a lot of our food.
00:17This is actually shrimp cocktail.
00:21And this has been rehydrated already.
00:24So we added water to it and the shrimp soaked back up the water.
00:28And it's actually pretty tasty.
00:31This is an example of a food that has not been rehydrated yet.
00:35It got all dried out for flying up here in space.
00:38And those are green beans.
00:40So we do have to eat our vegetables even in space.
00:43But don't worry, they do give us mac and cheese.
00:47It's really the surface tension.
00:48If you ever just see a little drop of water on your finger, even though it looks like a convex
00:56little drop on your finger in space, that surface tension is all around.
01:01So it just creates a perfect bubble because there's no gravity to act on it.
01:05And so it just stays in this perfect sphere.
01:07And it actually becomes a lens.
01:08And earlier today, we were laughing because we could make Jeremy's face go upside down or right side up.
01:13And it's pretty amazing.
01:15It's fun to play with water in space.
01:17That's right, Jeremy.
01:18You're asked, do you have special training to do CPR in space?
01:23And how do you actually do that in zero gravity?
01:26What I need to do is support myself and have him against something.
01:31And so if I put my back here and read here, I can push on him.
01:43So this is one of our CPR objectives in space.
01:47This is actually not the best one, but it's the only one you can see in camera.
