34:14But there's still a lot more at stake, because Crispin or Casper is armed with a nine millimeter.

34:28And if Nora hadn't fired first, none of this would have happened.

34:57The next day, the team scours the city for Noah Crispin.
35:05But as the first 48 winds down, he's nowhere to be found.

35:34Noah Crispin, a.k.a. Casper, left town and was in Perry, Oklahoma with his girlfriend.
35:39They got a tip that Noah is hiding out at his girlfriend's relative's house.
35:44The fugitive warrants unit contacted the Western District of Oklahoma,
35:48U.S. Marshal Service, and those deputies are going to go try to hit the house where they are now
35:53and try to get them in custody.
35:58Eighty miles west of Tulsa.
36:07U.S. Marshals and officers from Perry P.D. surround the house.

37:31But they're going to be booking him into the Noble County jail.
37:34Noah Chrisman will be extradited back to Tulsa.
37:38So today's a good day for this case.

37:53Noah, I've introduced myself and my father.
37:57Warren and Ryden talk to Noah Chrisman at the Tulsa County jail.

38:06They pull up, and I go out there.
38:09I'm talking to James Leiter, and boom, he's chowing me all when I'm getting stuff.
38:14And I hand him this red pouch.
38:17Noah says he gave James Leiter $4,000 in exchange for an envelope full of drugs.
38:24I'm not no cap.
38:25I did give James Leiter some counterfeit money.
38:29But admits that nearly half of the money he gave James was fake.
38:34And as soon as I get into the fence, James Leiter says, hey, hold on.
38:40And then, ding, bro, ding.
38:45And so I shot him.
38:48I wasn't even pointing really at him.
38:50I was pointing at the front of his car.
38:52I was just trying to get them to pull off.
38:56And I ran into the house, and I got my girl, and she five months pregnant.
39:02I told everybody, I said, get to the back now.
39:07Nobody wanted to listen.
39:08Everybody wanted to be like, hey, what the hell is going on?
39:10Why is someone shooting outside?
39:12And I see Greg trying to look out the door.
39:17And that first or second round, he hit him right in his face.
39:23And they killed him.
39:28And it probably took them about 30 seconds before they fired into the house.
39:34There was no reason they shouldn't have started firing into a dwelling of a residence.
39:39I was not a threat to them at all after that point.
39:43I would agree with that.

39:47Are I still going to be charged with first degree murder in this?
39:50Yeah.
39:52You guys have done a felony murder.
39:54You did not kill anybody, but you were participating in a commission of a felony.
39:58And somebody lost their life.
40:01Except for the DA to figure out what's the justice sentence.
40:04Yeah, and hey, I'm completely okay with it.
40:07I'm just like, I just want to be able to see my kids.

40:28No one confirmed everything that the two brothers, Chris and James Leiter, told me.
40:33What was important is that he confirmed that that media threat was over with.
40:36And they've recklessly found an occupied dwelling.
40:40He was honest about what he'd done.
40:42And he was sorry about what he'd done.
40:43Because his friend, Greg Doom, has lost his life in the process.
40:47But he's about to pay for it.
40:49It was a senseless death.
40:52Greg wasn't doing anything.
40:54He didn't deserve to go out like that.

41:40even though he's not here with us today we still want to keep his memory alive
41:46he lived a very productive life he did a lot of positive things
41:51and to be honest with you even right now it's still ain't quite settled in that the fact that
41:57he's gone he's by the one of the best oldest brothers I've ever had I miss him and I'm still
42:04going through it to track the ground why this had to happen he was a great brother
42:13and I'm gonna miss him so much let him go y'all yes we love you
42:23I'm glad we do something for him but I just really rather have my little brother here with me
42:28these are God's hands now I love you Greg he ain't never gonna be forgotten
