00:00It's unprecedented. And frankly, I'm disappointed. I think in this case, you mentioned the Army Chief of Staff was removed
00:08last night from Secretary Roy Agseth, General Randy George. He's one of our premier military leaders. He is highly experienced.
00:17He started as a soldier, an American soldier, volunteered, and then he applied for West Point, graduated from West Point.
00:23Then he was a platoon leader in the Gulf War during Desert Storm in 1991. And then he went up
00:30the ranks as a combat infantry leader, commanded American soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is the best of the
00:37best.
00:38And so it really puzzles me and frankly disappoints me that Secretary Agseth would immediately have him retire early at
00:49this point.
00:50And so I would advise the secretary that working for him and the President of the United States in the
00:57chain of command, you have the best and brightest that America has to offer, from Private George all the way
01:02up to General George.
01:03And so this is one that, frankly, I'm disappointed in.
