These are the adverts that appeared during the rarely repeated and somewhat strange Channel 4 thriller Brond. This comes from Episode 2, which was shown on May 20th 1987, and the only familiar face is Geoffrey Chater in a Ford Granada car ad (though some may recognize Joanna Lumley's voice in the Simple soaps ad). There are 2 ad breaks and the commercials that appeared are:
1st break: Whiskers cat food; Ford Granada car (Anti Lock brakes - Race to a meeting); Skol Lagar (Hagar the Horrible cartoon - Big Clubber); and Aer Lingus airlines.
2nd break: Lufthansa airlines (cranes); Jeans (Music eras); Simple soaps (no artificial colouring); Hotpoint ovens (Woman calls at pal's house for outing); Link credit cards, and Windsor Safari Parks ad.

Oh, and if you are curious about the thriller Brond, the episode I got these adverts from can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JIz_zluqSDE. It's a complicated thriller, but one that has never been released on DVD, so rare. Episode 1 has it's adverts cut, but Episode 3 still has it's adverts and ones I'm uploading next.
