These are adverts shown during the broadcast of the film The Bishop's Wife in 1991. There are a couple of possibilities of famous faces, as the girl in the Irn Bru ad looks similar to Denise Van Outen, while the Birmingham Building Society ad (the restaurant scene) looks very like Rosie Marcel of Holby City. There are 3 ad breaks in all, and the commercials were as follows:
1st break: Twirl chocolate bar (Dancers); SpeakEasy chat line; Irn Bru (Gives you Strength - is that Denise Van Outen in the train clip?); Cathay Pacific airlines; Best magazine; Video releases of Wilt and Porterhouse Blues; Crown Advance Paint; Ariston washing machine; and Lift Lemon tea (Canary ball trick).
2nd break: Prima magazine; Chit-Chat phoneline; Findus Lean Cuisine (You Can't Eat That!); Head & Shoulder shampoo (Sister advises brother); Safety advert for Cycle Helmets; Continental tyres (Car on rooftop) and Birmingham Midshires Building Society (I'll Be There - is that Rosie Marcel?).
3rd break: Fun Times chatline; Cadbury's Picnic bar (The Dancing Camels); Direct Debit (TV Licence payments - who'd of thought we would still be paying this?); Windolene cleaning spray (Kissed Photo); Teledisc (50 music hits in CD, LP and cassette); and Backchat phone line.
