30:14I like that Chris stayed true to himself.
30:16He really wanted to lean into the dark and stormy Bermuda tropical vibe.
30:22It just feels comfortable.
30:23It feels like a place where I would love to saddle up to the bar and enjoy a cocktail.
30:28Functionality-wise, he put the fridge over here.

30:32They got the ice chest right here.
30:33So, like, really good for the bartender.
30:35All my time spent here at the Bachelor Mansion, back here,

34:40It's just as elevated as we're trying to make the entire space.
34:43I feel like this is a great extension right off of the terrace.
34:45It has that sage color that we have all throughout the mansion.
34:49I would have loved to have seen these slats go all the way out.
34:52Build this out a little bit more here, create more shade.
34:54But I love the name.
34:56It's clean.
34:57It's sophisticated.
34:58It ties in with her color as well.
35:00I think the name is the most fitting of the three.
35:03The countertop here also is so nice with the tiles.
35:07I love the tiles.
35:08And she tied the tile to the backsplash.
35:12Although Tammy brought it, I do see Chris in his bar.
35:17And I do see Courtney in hers.
35:19And this definitely has the aesthetic.
35:22But, like, I don't know if she has, like, a theme or a story exactly here.
35:28If you step back and look at all three of these bars, it's going to be a tough choice.

35:33They all have such great elements.
35:34And they need a wayfair for all the outdoor furniture and decor for today's challenge.

36:08And I know taking on a solo build in just two days, that is no small feat.

36:17Chris, we're going to start with your bar.
36:18Dark and stormy.
36:20Chris, your bar was just such a fun surprise.
36:26I thought that you definitely came through.
36:29It does feel like a vacation.
36:32Chris, we talked about bringing you back here because we thought you had the best skills when it comes to
36:37craftsmanship.
36:38I mean, your build-out was impressive.
36:40Functionality-wise, the best space for a bartender of the three.
36:44The only thing I felt just didn't fit the space was the sign.
36:48Just the colors were off and didn't match how well everything was around it.
36:52I almost wish you could have found some driftwood to put on that sign and done that.
36:56I thought that would have fit the space really well.
36:59Gotcha.
37:00Chris, when I walked up to the bar, I knew I was in for a good time.
37:03Like, I love that.
37:04It's a bar where you can saddle up and just have some cocktails, take it easy, put you in that
37:09right frame of mind.
37:09The materials might have been a bit disjointed between some of the colorings of maybe the bar top to the
37:15cabinets, but other than that, I thought it was a really good job.
37:18Okay.
37:19Let's talk about Courtney and her bar.
37:21You are the life of the party, honestly, and that bar really felt like it.
37:26It was so inviting.
37:29The one thing that I will say is it felt like it was two different types of bar, like a
37:34really elevated bar top, and then there's more of like a rustic backdrop.
37:40Courtney, I thought your bar was sexy.
37:42I thought I really liked it a lot.
37:44People are going to be in beautiful gowns or a really nice suit that's out there.
37:48At night, that bar is going to shine.
37:50The problem I had, though, was during the day, it's a little hot, and it's a little harsh to be
37:58on.
37:58Courtney, I was drawn to that beautiful green color of the tiles on the bar, and I could envision those
38:04at a cocktail party just being drawn to that bar.
38:07I wish we could have seen some of that same sexy green in the shelving in some element.
38:12And now Tammy's bar.
38:13Right off the bat, it felt all in all like an elevated experience.
38:17You really paid attention to all of the details, which is something that I really admire, but I felt like
38:24it was missing a personal element or like a story or something that we can all kind of relate to.
38:31I thought the arch was incredible.
38:32I liked the lighting that you did there.
38:34I think it would be a great bar during the day and at night.
38:37I wish you would have extended that slat ceiling a little bit more out.
38:40It feels a little unfinished, and you could have built that beam out wider and then added more slats.
38:45Every bit of shade is needed.
38:46Your bar was so cohesive.
38:48Everything tied together beautifully between the bar stools, the bar, the shelving.
38:54But it made me question, was it too elevated for an outdoor bar?
38:58I'm not sure.
