00:08the employed out there if your job is trash or if a part of your job is totally unimportant
00:17unnecessary or destructive or harmful of someone or something get away from it don't do it slack
00:27off or cut corners in that area this I know is a complicated topic with a lot of complexity shades
00:36and degrees not all aspects of a given job are problematic or pointless and attitude plays some
00:45part but to the extent which you can intelligently identify what parts of your job are useless or
00:55problem causing then neglect those parts as much as you can without putting yourself or your position
01:04in jeopardy be very serious about this think about it before you go through with it toss around in your
01:12head possible outcomes start small and if you find out later that the approach did not work out well
01:21abandon it however for any given job you do not want to be employee of the week month or year
01:30you do not want to be the quote standard of excellence type of worker where you work
01:39unless all or virtually all points of your job are positive and beneficial and advantageous and you
01:47honestly and thoroughly enjoy the work but that is extremely rare in this day and age the bottom line
01:57is look after number one because your job could take you or leave you
