00:14Well, in the year 2000, my brother asked me if I could, if I want to sing on the birthday

00:22So, I thought it was just happy birthday, but then it turned out it's the jubilee song.

00:26It's the jubilee, the great jubilee, that's the 2000th birthday of Jesus Christ.

00:35In all the churches all over the Philippines and all over the world, in the Vatican also.

00:40You recorded the song?

00:42Yes, the jubilee song composed by Father Carlo Magno Marcelo.

00:45So, I recorded it and that started it all.

00:50Narinig ito sa lahat ng simbahan, simbahan katoliko sa buong mundo.

00:54And then from there, I was asked again to sing for the Fourth World Meeting of Families for Pope John

01:03Paul II.

01:05So, it just so happened that Pope John Paul II, Saint John Paul II then was ill, so he was

01:12able to come.

01:12So, we sang the Luneta Grandstand live via satellite pa noon to Pope John Paul II.

01:21And then he was there listening to us.

01:23So, and from there...

01:24Live?

01:24Live, yeah.

01:29And then from there came People Power II.

01:32So, I was asked to sing Heal Our Land.

01:36Now, what was the song that you sang in the presence of the Pope via satellite?
