00:00If you've ever struggled to hang something level, this is the hack you'll wish you knew sooner.
00:04I wanted to hang this vintage accordion peg rail, but the fixings had concealed,
00:09which makes lining it up really tricky. So I stuck a strip of masking tape across the back
00:13and marked exactly where the screw holes are. Next I used a laser level on the wall and transferred
00:19the masking tape over, making sure my markings lined up perfectly with the laser line. Then it
00:24was just a case of drilling two holes, popping in rule plugs and adding some small screws. The rail
00:30slotted on with zero guesswork and it's perfectly level. A few towels to finish the look and that's
00:36it. No more wonky rails or second guessing.
