00:00You can't spend hundreds of millions of pounds on begging the French to take action.
00:05We know that they won't do it. I've seen it myself. It is a complete farce at the moment.
00:11The lesson is this. You can't rely on the generosity of other countries to defend your
00:17own borders. The United Kingdom needs a sovereign deterrent, and only reform has got the backbone
00:25to actually do that. Only Nigel Farage, as Prime Minister, a strong Prime Minister, would
00:30take the action that we need to detain and deport every single illegal migrant who comes
00:36into our country, so that they should know that there is no chance whatsoever of them
00:42getting asylum in the UK. They'll be back home, wherever it is in the world, even, frankly,
00:48if it's a tough part of the world. They'll be back in Afghanistan. They should never even
00:52try to get on a small boat. And Nigel has said nothing is off the table. He'll send the
00:57Royal Navy into the Channel to turn back the boats if it's necessary.
