19:15because we're not allowed to be here like we're legal most people we're illegally here we can't
19:20leave not only can we not leave the airport we can't leave the terminal we can't do anything
19:25in addition the flight crew has timed out and cannot legally work
19:30so the wait for a new flight drags on
19:33we're supposed to be literally at home right now hours into the delay another hurdle arises
19:39they made an announcement saying that the next flight is going to leave miami at one in the
19:44morning in english he came from frederico not everybody speaks english i'm playing china's later
19:49here passengers who can speak spanish like this young man are asked to assist the employees
19:59and though this helpful customer maintains a relatively positive attitude we're on our seven of
20:05being here no food no water it's cold no blanket we have one bathroom for a hundred people dogs
20:12children no information hopefully we get a refund at the end of this the entire ordeal takes according
20:20to media outlets 14 hours to resolve and forces the helpful customer to rent a car for his final leg
20:27home after missing his connecting flight quick update um i did get a refund but the refund was less
20:35than the price of us renting a car to go home we go 13 hours in a storm come on

20:53customers for the inconvenience experienced as a result of the weather
20:59but kudos to him for making the best of a miserable situation we must be literally at home right now
