00:00At one point, Greg does some serious sulking to R.E.M.'s, Everybody Hurts.
00:06Everybody hurts you sometimes.
00:13Are you okay?
00:15This song is how I feel every day.
00:17And I did have an involuntary flashback to our beloved Rainn Wilson listening to the song on The Office.
00:24Everybody hurts.
00:26Why do I use words?
00:27Or sometimes...
00:29So were you intentionally having a Dwight Schrute moment?
00:33No, I was not. I didn't even make that connection.
00:35That makes me sad because I didn't realize it either.
00:38And I'm usually the king of Easter eggs.
00:40Oh my God.
00:42There's other Easter eggs in this.
00:43There's intentional Easter eggs to other shows in this show, but that is not one of them.
00:46Do you have any favorite ones you can shout out for us?
00:49Cougar Town, they always played a game for six years of that show called Penny Can.
00:54And one of the things that Steve is quite skilled and adept at is throwing pennies into a jar.
00:59We see Greg play some beer pong, smoke some pot. He really embraces his inner college kids.
01:06Oh, wow.
01:08I just take another shot.
01:09All right, I'm going to try it. That was kind of fun to get one in.
01:14What was it like for you to get to revisit that time in your life and just film those party
01:19scenes with the kids?
01:21Horrifying.
01:21Like, I don't... I never need to go back.
01:24I'm glad I have the memories, but I don't want to relive any of them.
01:28Yeah.
01:29But they were fun.
01:30I mean, those were fun scenes to be out partying with the guys,
01:35especially for this character who never actually got to do that,
01:39who hadn't gone to college, didn't have that experience.
01:43And they knew that, and they, you know, the kids wanted to help him with that experience.
01:50It was... So, in a way, it was their gift to him.
01:53It's not something that's going to happen all the time.
01:56So, it was their way of saying, you're okay.
01:58You know, we support you.
02:00You know, we support you.
