00:00And China takes a decisive step at its humanoid robot training center in Beijing, preparing these technologies for use in
00:06real-world scenarios.
00:07Our correspondent, Bruno Fossey, with the details.
00:13Greetings, comrades. From here, Beijing, China has just launched the third phase of its largest humanoid robot training center.
00:23The center is located in Xingingshan, a technological district in the western of the capital of China, and functions as
00:33a school where robots learn to operate in real-world scenarios before deployment.
00:40In previous phases, 100 robotic arms and then 100 humanoid robots were deployed in industrial and domestic and also in
00:52service application, generating millions of data points each year, setting a global benchmark for the last experience.
01:01The new phase will enable robots to operate in industrial production, agriculture, hospitality, domestic cleaning and smart homes, as also
01:14as medical procedures.
01:17To support this training, an industrial alliance has been launched, bringing together more than 14 government organizations, companies, universities and
01:29also research centers,
01:32providing the necessary computing power and specialized talents.
01:37The goal is to connect technological and education resources globally and overcome challenges such as information silos and supply chain
01:49vulnerability and establish innovation standards for robotic and embodied artificial intelligence.
01:58With this expansion, China has reinforced its leadership in robotics and preparing robots to integrate the safety and efficiently into
02:10the daily life and the industry.
02:13With this news, from here, Beijing, we'll go back with you in the studios.
