00:43past. It didn't look like any team orders there at Red Bull, but he's compromised himself and Esteban Ocon can
00:49now have a go at Isaac Hadjom as George Russell gets past Lando Norris and up in the third place,
00:55the spot where Antonelli overtook Hamilton on lap two, Russell's done it to Norris on lap three.
01:00Now he starts just to harvest a little bit and Antonelli can get back at him and Charles Leclerc we
01:04thought was in a bit of trouble and under pressure and George Russell has gone past him and up into
01:08second place.
01:09So look at the race start again, and Piastri, brilliant getaway from the line, great reaction as well.
01:14George actually didn't look like he had as good a start as his teammate Kimi, so Kimi's initial pull away
01:20was good and then it bogged down and that's where he lost all the time.
01:22Great move this by Lando around the outside of George, very brave and good to see that from Lando.

02:00A Charles Leclerc, usual fast starting Ferrari, but he found that by the time he got level with a Mercedes,
02:07there was a McLaren ahead of him.
02:08Yeah, the quickest car off the line was definitely Oscar Piastri, but when they got to sort of 100 metres,
02:14that's when the Ferrari power kicked in.
02:16And this is George Russell on Lando Norris.
02:20George Russell through that corner, gained a couple of car lengths there, enough to get him alongside and into the
02:26lead of the Japanese Grand Prix.
02:28That came through the corners, faster cornering speed of that Mercedes, gave George Russell the opportunity and he took it.
02:36But Oscar Piastri is going to fight him back here, so maybe use a bit more of his battery in
02:41doing so and retakes the lead of the Japanese Grand Prix.
02:44I'm wondering if the team have told Kimi about George's move into the last chicane.
02:48Here we go, if they've told him, he's listened and he's listened well as Kimi Antonelli manages to get past
02:54Lando Norris.
02:55And that has taken a lot longer than he would have wanted.

03:21But that should give Charles Leclerc the chance to regain that third place.

03:50Norris now is the fastest man on the track with a 133.7.
03:55So that's what these new tyres are able to do.
03:57They're going to come out behind Oscar Piastri.
04:01Crucially for George Russell, he comes out ahead of Max Verstappen.
04:04And that could save him half a second, getting bogged down behind the red ball in the way that Piastri
