00:04U.S. Soccer on TNT is presented by Marriott Bonvoy.
00:09We are just 59 days away from the U.S. World Cup squad being named
00:13and 75 days from the tournament's opening game.
00:17Maurizio Pochettino's men are on a five-match unbeaten run
00:21as they arrive here at Mercedes-Benz Stadium to take on Belgium.
00:26Kyle, moments of big opportunity for many of these players.
00:30Some on both sides have experienced World Cups before,
00:33including Christian Pulisic for the U.S. and Kevin De Bruyne for Belgium.
00:37Yeah, it's going to be amazing to watch these two talents in person.
00:40Two former Chelsea players that had much different careers after Chelsea
00:43than when they were there, but two talents that are going to be the key to the match today for
00:48sure.
00:50Atlanta is a city that has soccer running through its veins
00:54and today it provides the stage for another significant step
00:58towards a home World Cup for the United States.
01:04We're on the way here in the city's Benz Stadium with Belgium kicking things off here.
01:09A first meeting between these nations since the 2014 World Cup round of 16,
01:15which Belgium won by two goals to one after extra time.
01:19And Kevin De Bruyne are telling us yesterday the thing that stands out most from that match
01:23is that his side should have won it in 90 minutes.
01:26And they suffered some tricky moments towards the end.
01:30Four.
01:32Mauricio Pochettino's United States.
01:34Ten changes from the 5-1 win that rounded out 20-25.
01:39He was against Uruguay in Tampa in November.
01:42Only Mark McKenzie started that game.
01:44He was captain that night against Uruguay.
01:46And he starts again today.
01:49Three players appeared in that last match.
01:50Tessman and Balogun making substitute appearances are in the 11 today here
01:54as Tessman plays it forward.
01:56And another gets a touch to it.
01:58One of the number of Premier League players in the starting 11.
02:01Doku on the ball now of Manchester City is another one.
02:04The type of the left back from Brighton as well.
02:08And a couple of players missing from the U.S. line-up due to injury.
02:14No Chris Richards today.
02:16Miles Robinson not in the squad either.
02:19DeCatallera trying to get in around the back of Ream down the right side
02:21as DeCatallera cuts it back for Salamacus.
02:27And out it goes for a throw here.
02:28Great to see Anthony Robinson back for the United States.
02:32Absolutely, Kershul.
02:33He's such a key player in the past.
02:35We talked about it in pregame.
02:36I mean, Coach Tino has talked a lot about what you've done in a club,
02:39what you've done in the past, what your name is doesn't matter.
02:41But Robinson, you can't help but put him at the top of the pecking order
02:44based on his consistent performances.
02:47495 days since Anthony Robinson last played for the United States
02:52in a Nations League quarterfinal against Jamaica.
02:55Down the right side comes Mounier.
02:57Mounier's ball into the middle.
02:58Ream tries to clear it away.
03:00Driven in from the edge of the box and over the top of the bar there
03:02by Raska, the Rangers midfielder.
03:11We were talking about it definitely as we were going over lineups.
03:14It's going to be a lot of interchanging on top.
03:18And Ream does well to deflect that first one.
03:19It's bouncing at a difficult height, getting contact on it.
03:22But you're going to see Toku and De Bruyne.
03:26Just so much interchanging in that top four.
03:28So important that the U.S. are communicating and closing down those spaces
03:31and finding their men.
03:33Kuiper got ahead to that one as it was sent forward by Ware looking for McKennie.
03:38It's Ware playing in the right-back role today for the United States.
03:44Familiar position for him of late.
03:46He started seven of Marseille's last nine games on the right side of a back four, Tim Ware.
03:52Is Robinson on the left?
03:54Inside it goes for Tanner Tessman.
03:57Ream with the captain's armband today.
03:58The 27th time he's captained the United States.
04:02The 17th time under Maurizio Pochettino.
04:04Ware can't quite keep that one in play.
04:09Of course, Tim Ware, the central figure the last time the United States played here.
04:15The only other game they've played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Copa America in 2024.
04:20They lost by two goals to one against Panama.
04:23Ware's red card 18 minutes in was a huge turning point.
04:26Balogun, who starts today, gave the U.S. the lead that day.
04:30Turner, who is in goal today, went off injured at halftime.
04:37Belgium, unbeaten in nine.
04:39Haven't lost since March the 20th of 2025 in a Nations League game against Ukraine.
04:47Here's Johnny Cardoso with a ball forward.
04:51Now wide to the left side.
04:53Anthony Robinson pushing towards the left side of the box here.
04:56Cuts him well and laid that one back across.
04:59Couldn't quite find Pulisic or McKennie was in there as well.
05:03And Mounier will look to clip this one down the right side up towards halfway where Ream looking to defend.
05:08Gets a touch to it and Tessman drops back and gets that one towards Mark McKenzie.
05:15Matt Turner started all four games at the World Cup in 2022.
05:21He's looking to try and force his way into Maurizio Pochettino's starting 11.
05:26He hasn't played in the last 12 games.
05:28Of course, Matt Fries has had that number one jersey.
05:32Turner's last start was the 4-0 loss against Switzerland back at the start of June of last year.
05:39McKennie trying to get forward down the right side, pushing that one up towards Balogun, who was chasing.
05:44But Belgium able to get it away.
05:49Luke and Kyle in the broadcast booth and Melissa Ortiz is pitch side and quite a match on hand this
05:54afternoon, Melissa.
05:55Quite a match and you feel the energy down here on the pitch.
05:59And I actually spoke to President Cindy Parlacone before the game and she was so excited.
06:03She said coming to the stadium, you felt that World Cup energy already buzzing.
06:08Of course, this is a World Cup stadium, will host the semi-final.
06:14This is Doku down the left side.
06:17Really subtle right there, but Tillman does so well to go help way out in that 1v1 position the boys
06:22were talking about.
06:22You've got to get help over there. Doku is so explosive.
06:28He's gone out for a throw for Belgium on the far side.
06:39Doku with seven goals and 39 caps, scored five goals in World Cup qualifying.
06:45Including a couple of braces against Kazakhstan in September, Liechtenstein in November.
06:52It'll be Belgium's fourth World Cup in a row.
06:55Second longest run in team history.
06:56They qualified as the group winners.
06:58Two points ahead of second place Wales.
07:00Belgium going unbeaten in qualifying.
07:02Rudy Garcia, former club head coach who is in his first international job.
07:08Took over in January of 2025 after a couple of decades in club management.
07:13Won the Ligue in Cup double in France with Lille.
07:17As of Marseille and Roma as well.
07:21We're chasing forward down the right.
07:23Huxelles, what's closing?
07:29Well, the U.S. worked on this a lot in training the other day with Tespin coming and joining that
07:32back line and almost building out of a back three at times and playing between these lines right here.
07:37This is, and you can see Doku frustrated, getting that medium block disconnected, playing between that.
07:43And then as that back line tries to press, that's where you've got these balls over the top.
07:46And Buiar does so well to hit it first time.
07:48It's just a little high as you can see here.
07:51Pulisic just can't get the height to knot it under the bar.
07:54Nice little sequence.
07:54Nice little sequence.
07:58Dekatelara out to Doku down the left side.
08:01Doku running at Mark McKenzie here.
08:03Belgium causing trouble as Riem is able to clear it.
08:07And then all the way towards halfway by Tanner Tessman headed back forward by Mekela, the bridge defender.
08:13Inanna of Aston Villa.
08:15In with the challenge.
08:17It's going to be a free kick given by the referee from Uruguay today.
08:20Esteban Ostojic, the 43-year-old spending a decade on the FIFA list.
08:27It's his first U.S. game.
08:33Inanna there just catching Malik Tillman.
08:3627th cap for Malik Tillman today.
08:42Mounier knocks that one back.
08:44And Robbins just can't quite get it.
08:46At the byline.
08:47And out for a first corner.
08:48Right there, Tim Marine, and you'll see Turner do it as well.
08:52They stopped the buildup a lot of times yesterday when they turned the ball over cheaply.
08:55And if we look at the games that they performed really well in the last game,
08:57there were still those sloppy little out-of-the-back passes that were just a little laser into too tight
09:03a pressure.
09:03Of course they want to have the confidence to build up.
09:05But every now and then that ball over the top is on in room season.
09:14Tillman comes across to take it.
09:17With every minute of the Gold Cup last year.
09:20They go short this time.
09:22Pulisic linking up here with Tillman.
09:23Lays it across.
09:24It's Anthony Robinson to drive it in!
09:27Good save.
09:29Le Mans, the Manchester United keeper, getting down well.
09:31He's in today with Thibaut Courtois out injured.
09:34Here's De Bruyne.
09:35De Bruyne's crossfield ball.
09:38Searching out Salamakas, the teammates of Christian Pulisic at Milan.
09:43Here's Doku.
09:47Salamakas.
09:49What about Robinson with that right foot strike from outside the box?
09:52There, he saw it late too.
09:53He sort of scrambles to get to it, but sweetly.
09:57And then that transition.
09:58Look at U.S. back in this lower block.
10:00I mean, so quick.
10:01Weston McKinney getting back.
10:02I mean, those non-negotiables and Pochettino frustrated in the past.
10:07That competitive spirit wasn't there.
10:08I mean, right out of the gate, you can see the work rate is there from the U.S.
10:39De Bast wide for Mounier down the right.
10:41To be able to see him play in it, it makes it even more special to some extent.
10:47And the fact he knows he hasn't got too long left.
10:52De Bruyne out towards the edge of the box.
10:55Salamakas brings it down.
11:04Here's a look at that last U.S. chance.
11:06De Bruyne just wondering where the help is coming from.
11:08And look at...
11:08All right, Jedout hasn't even expected initially, but just steps into it.
11:14Catches it sweetly and also goes through a crowd.
11:16So just a little difficult for limits or season late.
11:20Calms it away.
11:21But this is the position.
11:22The U.S. just...
11:23They need to bait out that first line of confrontation.
11:25Just don't feel like you've got to play into that tight area.
11:28Look at how compact it is in the center of the field.
11:30Just probe.
11:31Guys, it's impressive to see that confidence that Anthony Robinson has,
11:34especially after 495 days since his last U.S. match.
11:38Yesterday, I saw his face glooming, smiling when I spoke to him.
11:42He's so happy he was back here.
11:43There was a point where he doubted from injury of playing in this upcoming World Cup.
11:48Of course, he's competing for this spot.
11:50But to see him in action right now and full of confidence,
11:52that's definitely what Mauricio wants to see.
11:54Yeah, Melissa, he's looking good.
11:56He played every minute of all four games for the U.S.
11:59The World Cup in 2022.
12:01Six players starting today that were in that World Cup squad in Qatar.
12:05Turner, one of them here, gets it back.
12:07Ware, Ream, Robinson, McKennie and Pulisic.
12:15You can scan the QR code to vote on Bleacher Report and the BR app.
12:21As Robinson picks it up here down the left side
12:23and plays that one in towards the edge of the box.
12:29And De Bruyne up towards halfway.
12:33Doku up against Ware.
12:40Mounier, support from Salamakas down the right side.
12:43Two goals in 21 caps.
12:45Mounier coming forward as well.
12:46He, of course, has plenty of World Cup experience.
12:52Salamakas, he's wonderful, so balanced, right, left foot,
12:56just confident, wiry, deceptive, so good at taking players on.
13:01You've got to stand your feet and move fast.
13:04Salamakas assisting one of Christian Pulisic's.
13:06Two goals in a 3-2 win against Torino back in December.
13:13Doku, the player down.
13:24Just smart from Doku.
13:27He sees the challenge coming in.
13:28It just puts that plant foot down.
13:29He knows it's not enough to knock him over,
13:32but enough to, if he hits the ground, get a foul.
13:38Kevin De Bruyne standing over it.
13:40An Apple-y man now, 34 years old.
13:43115 caps coming into this one today.
13:53And now the U.S. might break clear
13:55where the runs into trouble.
13:58De Bruyne.
14:07Mecler's ball forward down the left side.
14:09Try to find Doku, who rolls that one through,
14:11but DeCatallaro would have been...
14:15offside anyway.
14:18Matt Turner yesterday telling us that he feels
14:20that his performances this season
14:22and his performances in training
14:25mean that he has earned this start here today.
14:27Said maybe he lost his way a little bit
14:29over the course of the last 18 months
14:31when at times he didn't play as much
14:33as he would have wanted to.
14:35Christian Pulisic racing forward here.
14:37He's got Balogun to the left.
14:38The way opens up for Pulisic,
14:39who drives it wide.
14:50Those little pockets right there.
14:52This is where just the patience,
14:54the composure of someone like Tim Rehm
14:56out of the back is so helpful.
14:57And Pulisic, Balogun does a wonderful job
15:00running and opening up the space
15:01so he has that chance.
15:02But you can see he just comes across it a little bit.
15:03Doesn't catch up with his laces as he wants to.
15:07From down here, Mauricio just applauded
15:08Tim Rehm and Anthony for that type of movement.
15:14Mel, look at you looking...
15:15flying all white behind Pochettino.
15:20You see me?
15:21You got you.
15:26McKenzie's ball forward.
15:27Weston McKenney looks to turn.
15:29He's got space.
15:30Finds Ware down that right side.
15:32Into the path of Weston McKenney.
15:37One back there by Tillman.
15:39Now Ware once again.
15:44McKenney looking to drive towards the byline.
15:46What a wonderful season he's had.
15:47And Mauricio Pochettino even joked that
15:49Juventus right now are Weston McKenney plus ten.
15:54McKenney the heartbeat of that team
15:55in many different positions
15:56as Robinson plays this one back for Pulisic down the left.
16:02And out it goes for a second U.S. corner here.
16:04Fifteen minutes in
16:05at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
16:09What happened?
16:09Melissa right behind Pochettino.
16:11The great part about that position is Pochettino is very communicative.
16:14Pick up some things on the sideline.
16:16He's been off his feet early.
16:25So Tillman to take this corner for the United States.
16:34Plenty of movement inside the boxes.
16:36That one is flicked away.
16:38Belgium looking to break clear here.
16:40De Bruyne has made a run down the right.
16:42To Catalera as well here.
16:45And De Bruyne couldn't get on that one
16:47as Robinson can bring it back forward the other way.
16:49Wide open right now here in Atlanta.
16:52Balligan in space down the left side here for the U.S.
16:54Not too many players forward in support.
16:57Robinson continued that run.
16:58And Anthony Robinson is able, I think, to win the corner.
17:03The question mark is potentially about offside.
17:05There is VAR here today, by the way.
17:08VAR is Tatiana Guzman of Nicaragua.
17:11But this is a third corner here for the United States.
17:15Hey, Kyle, before you just mention my vantage point
17:18for being right next to Mauricio,
17:19what I just witnessed was awesome.
17:21He actually stepped onto the field to Pat Christian Pulisic
17:24after that defensive recovery.
17:27I've never seen him do that before.
17:29Don't say that too loud.
17:30The fourth official is going to look over you.
17:34Tillman then with his delivery.
17:36Third corner in towards that front post.
17:38All the way towards McKinney at the back.
17:40What a stop from Lowens.
17:42The Manchester United keeper comes up big at close range
17:46to deny the United States an opener.
17:49Here's De Bruyne.
17:50He's got Dalku ahead of him to the left side.
17:53De Bruyne runs at the heart of the United States back line.
17:55There's no way through.
17:57The Cattellera.
17:59Now De Bruyne on the right.
18:04Johnny Cardoso looking to clear it away.
18:08Cardoso's first cap since the final Gold Cup group game
18:11against Haiti back on June the 22nd.
18:14McKinney, though, can't quite keep that one in possession.
18:17Carried forward by De Kuyper.
18:19The right and left back finds Dalku.
18:23So dangerous here.
18:24Jeremy Dalku towards the byline,
18:25and that's gone out for a Belgian corner on the far side.
18:28Well done from Tim Weah.
18:32Take a look at this last chance here.
18:34I mean, this is so good from McKinney because that ball,
18:36that's coming up and spinning.
18:38It's so hard to keep that low enough to get a volley,
18:40and he just flexed it perfectly.
18:42Lehman's just making himself big,
18:43just hoping it hits him in that frame,
18:46and Weston McKinney hoping he was going to get one right there.
18:49He's been in excellent goal-scoring form with club.
18:5111 international goals for Weston McKinney,
18:54the 27-year-old from Little Elm in Texas.
18:57As De Bruyne goes short here to Dalku on the far side.
19:03Salamakas across to the middle.
19:05De Kuyper and then driven from distance.
19:13And here's a look.
19:15Good footwork gets over there.
19:17You can see just when he turns himself,
19:19he makes himself big,
19:19has no idea that that's coming to hit his right hand.
19:22Looking over at Guzan to say,
19:24he's in the booth with me.
19:26Brad could save.
19:28Yeah, we got thumbs up from the man who built the building.
19:32Mr. Atlanta.
19:35Brad Guzan.
19:37Even did a big speech to the crowd on the video board for the game.
19:41Highly produced.
19:42He's everywhere.
19:43Hyped man, yeah.
19:45But Manchester United have been having their struggles
19:48and needed a keeper,
19:48and they've got one in Lammans for sure.
19:50This is Balogun from distance.
19:55Lammans got a clean sheet on his Premier League debut
19:57against Sunderland in early October
19:58and played every minute since for Manchester United.
20:03Yellow card is coming here.
20:07Weston McKinney not happy about it.
20:08Yes, that's the right call.
20:12You're going to see in a second
20:13just how quick and deceptive he is.
20:16Also his strength.
20:16And Weston's got some help coming,
20:19but it's just right here after he's beat
20:20just how long he's holding on to that jersey.
20:23If he lets go a little earlier,
20:25he probably gets away with it.
20:26But referee seeing he's stopping the transition there.
20:34Across the back it comes.
20:36Here's the sporting defender,
20:37De Bast.
20:3825th cap for him.
20:39He was in the World Cup squad in Qatar,
20:40but didn't actually make an appearance.
20:43De Bast again going back to Lammans.
20:44Got his first call-up last March.
20:47joined Manchester United from Antwerp in September.
20:54And Weyer gets across to nod that one out of play.
20:57Almost a perfect situation for Maurizio Pochettino
21:00with Tim Weyer.
21:01The way he wants his right-sided defender to play.
21:04The qualities that Weyer has.
21:06The fact he's learning that defensive aspect
21:08at club level as well right now,
21:09getting the games there.
21:11And you just get the sense...
21:13Yeah, listen, coaches have favorites.
21:15They can't help it.
21:17And you just get the sense Pochettino,
21:19he just wants to find where Tim Weyer fits in.
21:22And the beauty is that back three, a back four,
21:25I mean, Tim Weyer can thrive in both of those formations.
21:28You don't have to make a sub.
21:29You don't have to make a tactical change
21:32by bringing someone on the field.
21:33He can switch into both of those comfortably.
21:36Salamakas with the ball forward down the right side.
21:38And Mounier gets it back to Salamakas here.
21:43Gianni Cardoso, Robinson,
21:45U.S. play their way up towards halfway here.
21:49Christian Pulisic
21:52is kept in play by Mounier.
22:00De Bruyne out to Doku on the far side.
22:02Doku against Tim Weyer here
22:04as Doku goes one way than the other.
22:06And Tim Weyer keeps up with him.
22:08The goal kick is the outcome as well.
22:10Yeah, challenges with his left foot,
22:12puts it right back off of Doku.
22:14Really well done there from Tim Weyer.
22:16I mean, the greatest defenders,
22:19and I'd say that
22:22you look at some of the players
22:24in Premier League across the world,
22:25they wait for that mistake to happen.
22:27You know, Maldini over the years,
22:28and you have a player who's excellent.
22:32He's waiting for you to dive in,
22:34waiting for you to make the challenge.
22:35And Weyer just stays with him
22:36until the ball gets far enough
22:37where he can make a challenge.
22:41Matt Turner with the ball high
22:43towards halfway.
22:44Couldn't quite get that one
22:45to the head of McKinney.
22:50McKinney diving in.
22:51Out it goes to a throw
22:52on the far side.
23:05Nothing wrong with this.
23:06Not even a foul.
23:09As we head into a cooling break
23:10in preparation for the World Cup this summer.
23:14They've got AC in here.
23:17Weston McKinney still in conversation
23:19there with the referee.
23:22It was interesting.
23:24Christian Pulisic was asked yesterday
23:25at the press conference
23:27about Weston McKinney.
23:29The fact that McKinney is playing
23:30so well right now.
23:31Has anything changed?
23:33Does he seem more confident?
23:34And Christian Pulisic said
23:35there's certainly no vibe change
23:37with Weston McKinney.
23:38Weston McKinney is Weston McKinney.
23:40But he said he's so proud
23:41of the success that he's got
23:42but it doesn't surprise him.
23:44And that Weston McKinney
23:45every time he gets knocked down
23:46and all the questions
23:47that you hear about future at Juventus
23:50he always comes back
23:51and proves people wrong.
23:52And what a season he's having.
23:54And the fact it's been
23:55in multiple different positions
23:56makes it even more impressive.
23:58Yeah, Luke, we talked about it
23:58during pregame
23:59and you've heard me talk about it
24:01since we've been covering
24:03these friendlies
24:03whether people are high
24:05on Weston McKinney
24:06or down on Weston McKinney
24:07I always looked at him
24:09as a star of this team
24:10and he is the star
24:11of the team right now.
24:12Christian Pulisic
24:12is the poster boy
24:15and Christian Pulisic
24:16is a phenomenal talent
24:17that may go on
24:18to be the best player
24:19that's ever played
24:20for this country
24:20but the best thing
24:21for Christian Pulisic
24:22is Weston McKinney
24:24has met all of the adversity
24:25all of the challenges
24:26hasn't listened to any
24:28of the naysayers
24:30all the noise
24:30off the field
24:31and in Italy
24:32it is very easy to fail out
24:34and there's multiple times
24:35that he was set up
24:36to react the wrong way
24:38and fail out
24:38he's risen to the occasion
24:39each and every time
24:40and we noticed this last camp
24:42came in so fit last camp
24:43and you can see it now
24:45he's covered a tremendous
24:45amount of space
24:46and Melissa
24:48down there right now
24:49I wonder
24:49are you close enough
24:50to hearing this
24:51that Pochettino said?
24:52I'm trying to ease
24:53drop guys
24:54but it's a little far
24:54but on Weston
24:56I mean it's impressive
24:57to see his maturity
24:58over the course of years
24:59especially since Qatar
25:00I mean at Juventus
25:01he's on fire
25:02I know you guys
25:02talked about it
25:03in the pregame
25:04but when asked about
25:05how he's able to mimic
25:06his form
25:07from club
25:08to the national team
25:08he says it's different
25:09but what you can mimic
25:11is your effort
25:12and your confidence
25:13and your ability
25:13to help the team
25:14despite the differentiating
25:16tactics
25:16when it comes to the coaches
25:18but that's what
25:18you're seeing here
25:19but what I love
25:20seeing him do
25:21is his leadership
25:22even
25:22he's always been
25:23that leader
25:24especially with his
25:24personality
25:25but you're seeing it
25:26in his play
25:26and in his demeanor
25:28and that's what
25:29the balance I love
25:30in between him
25:31and Christian
25:31to listen
25:34we just saw the QR code
25:36on the screen
25:36which you can scan
25:37to vote on the bleacher
25:38reports
25:39and the BR app
25:40and the question
25:40was about which playoff
25:42team
25:42you want to make it
25:44through to the World Cup
25:44so over 50% for Italy
25:46you've been voting
25:47a few times
25:47they don't limit how many times
25:49you can vote
25:49it turns out
25:52Italian passport
25:53will if they get them
25:55to the tournament
25:55have room for two teams
26:00those playoffs
26:01the other day
26:03eliminating some teams
26:05making a few things
26:06clearer
26:07but all will be decided
26:07in the next few days
26:08including
26:10we'll find out
26:11who the United States
26:12will play
26:12as the playoff team
26:14at SoFi
26:15in that final group game
26:17against Turkey
26:18or Kosovo
26:19of course
26:19they had experience
26:20against Turkey
26:22in Hartford last year
26:24that 2-1 win
26:25for Turkey
26:26that day
26:29so they'll find out
26:31that final group opponent
26:32on Tuesday
26:33when the playoffs
26:34wrap up
26:39Tuesday right back
26:40here in Atlanta
26:41the United States
26:41will take on Portugal
26:42and by the time
26:43the World Cup rolls around
26:44they will have played
26:4511 consecutive games
26:47against World Cup teams
26:51can't say they haven't had
26:54preparation of the right level
26:55mix of different teams
26:57from different confederations
26:58that they've played
26:59against two UEFA teams
27:00this time around
27:04Salamacas to Onana
27:05played by Anthony Robinson
27:07as Onana picks it back up
27:09for Salamacas
27:09down the right side
27:10in towards De Bruyne
27:17Salamacas skips that first challenge
27:19then trying to get past
27:20Johnny Cardoso
27:24is Doku against Ware
27:31Tessman back defending there
27:32on the far side
27:33as it comes back
27:33for De Bruyne
27:34who drives it in
27:35it takes an inflection
27:36and Turner has to tip it over
27:37the bar for a corner
27:48I think it was McKenzie
27:49I think it was McKenzie
27:50yeah he just goes down
27:51it's going to hit him
27:52right in the chest
27:53but just nods it
27:54and Turner had to be sure
27:55of that
27:55hominer over the crossbar
27:58but De Bruyne's set piece
27:59is just so lethal
28:02in from De Bruyne
28:04headed away by Tim Rehm
28:10De Bruyne's set piece
28:16the head there of Anthony Robinson
28:18for a fourth Belgium corner
28:20but the flag I think
28:21was up for offside
28:32he's just getting a little frustrated
28:33in that central position
28:36it's like he's onside there
28:37you wonder if
28:39referee thinks that
28:41affects that back line
28:43in an offside position
28:44but you can sense
28:46a little frustration
28:47with some of those top players
28:48you wonder if they're going to
28:48start floating and trying to
28:49get the ball a little more
28:50in wide positions
28:51well forward down the right
28:52finds McKennie
28:53as Makala goes across
28:54to defend here
28:55McKennie plays it back
28:56for Weyer
29:03Belgium getting the bodies
29:04back quickly
29:04as Lomans
29:05who has already made
29:06a couple of
29:07big saves to keep it
29:08scoreless right now
29:09was able to clear downfield
29:11picked up by Pulisic
29:15the ball breaks for Belgium
29:16here down the right
29:17with De Bruyne
29:18went off Tessman there
29:20drops to the edge
29:21to the edge of the box
29:21for Salamachas to strike
29:22and Turner able to get down
29:2727 clean sheets
29:28and 52 caps
29:29for the 31 year old
29:30New England Revolution
29:31goalkeeper Matt Turner
29:32from Park Ridge, New Jersey
29:39Reem
29:44this one from the U.S.
29:45just get the tempo back on their
29:47side a little bit
29:49just leaking a little bit
29:50into a transition game
29:51which I think plays into the
29:52favor of Belgium
29:57Allegan chasing forward
29:59as that one just rolls out
30:00of play
30:02Allegan
30:04has been heavily involved
30:05for the United States
30:06of late
30:07it's his seventh appearance
30:09in a row
30:09he scored
30:10it's our last year
30:10of Africa
30:10there's a lovely
30:10Foundation
30:10the United States
30:10and the United States
