This International Women’s Month, we’re honoring nine women who aren’t following a script—because they’re writing their own. Now in its sixth year, our Women of Influence list is all about the Filipinas who stay fun, fearless, and forward-thinking, no matter how much the industry changes.

From hard-hitting journalism to creative storytelling and medical innovation, our 2026 awardees celebrate the theme "To Each Her Own." They remind us that there’s no single blueprint for success—only the courage to own your space and amplify your voice.

00:10To me, to each your own means being considerate.
00:14I think allowing somebody, especially a woman, to reach their full potential.
00:18It means giving women the freedom to pick what they want in their life.
00:23And sometimes it can come across as kind of shady, like to each your own, you know.
00:29But we have to say it in a way where we're like, to each your own, you know.
00:35Let them embrace all of the things that make them different.
00:38And let's encourage one another to continue that.
00:45To me, to each your own means not letting anyone control you.
00:51Not letting anyone control your body, your voice, your values.
00:56To each your own would mean defining your own pathway.
01:00Whether it's building a company or a startup, building a family, or rebuilding yourself.
01:06Mentally, physically, that's you building your own path for yourself.
01:11For me, to each her own means giving a woman freedom to define success, health, and happiness in her own
01:20terms.
01:24To each her own means respecting diversity and just being open to everyone's individuality.
01:33Mas nagiging maganda ang mundo kapag na-appreciate natin yung pagkakaiba ng isa't isa.
01:39So sa akin, yung to each her own, respeto yan.
01:43It comes with the respect.
01:48It's okay to have big feelings.
01:51It's okay to know your boundaries.
01:53But also, be reasonable.
01:56And don't shrink yourself para lang mag-fit in.
01:59Kasi hindi na yung uso ngayon.
02:01Go take up space and feel.
02:05Allow yourself to make mistakes.
02:07As we are still young,
02:09let's learn to embrace our mistakes
02:11because we're not going to run away from them.
02:13It's okay to change your mind.
02:16It's okay to evolve
02:18rather than trying to have all of the answers already.
