00:10First, the inferior oblique muscle elevates and extorts the eye.
00:15Then, medial rectus adducts the eye towards the nose.
00:18Lateral rectus abducts the eye, moving it outward.
00:21Now, do you see that muscle underneath the eye?
00:24That's the inferior rectus, and its job is to depress the eye.
00:27Now, moving our focus towards the top of the eye, the superior rectus elevates the eye,
00:32while the superior oblique depresses and intorts the eye.
00:36Go over that a couple times until you've mastered it.
