00:12Now, I don't know if you guys could tell, but I do have a little bit of a sore throat
00:17since I've been covering up from my sickness a little bit.
00:21So, I am still a little bit stuffy and a little sick, but I am getting a lot better also,
00:28so I can still do the video.
00:33Um, my topic for today is talking about the merge for next week's episode at 17 people.
00:41We started at 24 contestants, which is the usual amount on Australian Survivor nowadays.
00:50But never actually been done in the USA version before.
00:54Not until season 50, which is in the hands of the fans title.
01:00And we started with 24, we're now down to 17.
01:05But even for 17, that's a huge number for the merge.
01:10It's never even been done in Australian Survivor history before.
01:14The most they've ever done is 14.
01:17Yeah, 14, I said it.
01:20But doing the merge at 17?
01:23I mean, that's three more people than 14, which equals 17.
01:30And that's pretty impressive.
01:32If you want my honest opinion, I'm kind of surprised they even do that much for this kind of twist.
01:40I could see it maybe being 15 or 14, but not 16 or 17.
01:47I have a lot on my mind when it comes to Survivor, Big Brother, and other reality shows.
01:54I also have a lot of podcasts that I do on my YouTube channel, as well as other places, including
02:03Daily Motion.
02:05But what I wanted to tell you guys is I think this Survivor season is very, very interesting.
02:12I have a couple of favorites and a couple of least favorites.
02:16Some might surprise, some might not.
02:18I definitely like Coach.
02:20He's like one of the fun, entertaining villains that nobody would expect people to like.
02:25But they just do because he's like the fun, entertaining villain.
02:30We have Jonathan, who's kind of a mix.
02:32He hasn't really been shown much this season compared to his first season.
02:36So he's kind of been more of a floater this season compared to his first time playing.
02:42But I do think he also has potential.
02:45And I also like Emily on Survivor 50.
02:50My least favorites, some of which are already gone, Q, Mike, Angelina, who are already eliminated.
03:00Then there's Stephanie, Rick Devins, and who else?
03:11Oh, Christian, yeah.
03:13I did like Christian on his first season.
03:16Not so much this season now, for some weird reason.
03:23Anyways, for this Survivor season, I just wanted to let you know I'm a little surprised they're doing the merge.
03:29So early.
03:30And I think that it is kind of shocking, in my opinion, that they're doing the merge at 17 contestants.
03:38But for all we know, there could be a double elimination in one Tribal Council.
03:44Or the two people with the highest number of votes go home.
03:48Or three go home in a triple elimination.
03:52And everyone does triple or double voting at Tribal Council.
03:56That's a theory I had.
03:58But for all I know, I could be wrong completely.
04:02They might cut down people from 17 to 15 or 14.
04:08That's just my thought process.
04:10You guys can let me know if I'm wrong or right or whatever you guys think.
04:16For the Survivor 50 in the hands of the fans prediction.
