00:00My name is Khushi Sharma and my question is that in Truth Without Apology, The Cage Feeds the Sky Free,
00:08Chapter 162.
00:09You emphasized on a very interesting topic, looking honestly at how our desires keep us enslaved.
00:16So are these modern dreams just repackaged versions of the old desire, keeping us equally bound, only in just more
00:23glamorous ways?
00:24You see there is something missing within and I'll go out and fetch something that will take care of the
00:32inner incompleteness.
00:34That's how desire arises.
00:36You drink water so that for a significant period you do not require any water.
00:42What happens if instead I drink this and drinking this makes me even more thirsty?
00:49By getting this, I am forced to want five other things.
00:54Then desire has not only failed but actually backfired.
00:58We do not start without purpose and there is only one central purpose, to come to fulfillment.
01:05So that's what you have to test yourself on.
01:08Is it giving me that?
01:10And if not, you can keep changing your dresses, you can keep traveling to new places.
01:14Unless you look within, it is a repetition of the same primitive cycle that hasn't served anybody.
