00:00So sir, I was just going through the 7th chapter of Catching Yourself Redhead Look.

00:05So in this one, this line is there.

00:07It means to look at one's impulses, feelings, thoughts, desires and actions.

00:12There is no other within to look at.

00:15I am a little bit not getting this.

00:18Like there is no other means.

00:20Most people believe in some fictitious entity within.

00:25So this line is there to challenge that.

00:29All that you have within is your own processes.

00:34So what does it say?

00:35Thoughts, feelings, impulses, actions.

00:38This is all that is within.

00:40There is nothing called a soul within.

00:43There is nothing called a self within.

00:47There is nothing called a flying jivatma within.

00:51And there is that which claims to be the owner of all actions and impulses and feelings and decisions and whatever.

01:01Then that is called the self or the ego.

01:05It is fictitious because these things are not actually commanded by the ego.

01:11See that you are biased.

01:12That is what we are calling as catching yourself red handed.

01:14Right?

01:15I am trying to be the unbiased observer.

01:17But here, I just caught myself and I am actually biased.

01:21That is what observation is.

01:24The light must be continuously on.
