00:27a different type of game that had recently blown up in popularity called First Person Shooters.
00:33So in 1998, Bungie released a game called Marathon Infinity.
00:38Marathon Infinity was a massive success and sold over 1 million copies within just a few months of its release.
00:45This allowed Bungie to finally turn a profit and pay its employees' salaries for the very first time.
00:52Up until this point, Peter had been working around the clock to grow the company and hadn't taken any salary.
