00:21would know that and only a total for and they're not fools they're very smart
00:26actually in a certain way and they're great negotiators I say they're lousy
00:30fighters but they're great negotiators and they are begging to work out a deal
00:38I don't know if we'll be able to do that I don't know if we're willing to do that
00:42they should have done that four weeks ago they should have done it two years ago
