37:54This was just a freak accident, some sort of mechanical issue
37:57with the bike.
37:58According to witnesses on scene, the driver of the motorcycle
38:01was not doing anything reckless.
38:03He was just driving down the road,
38:04and the bike started wobbling.
38:06He lost control of it.
38:07He was ejected probably 100, 150 feet back.
38:16All in all, he was looking, he was doing pretty good.

41:47I think that's a trend that we're going to continue seeing.

41:54I mean, what we pulled off at 13 officers
41:57is nothing short of spectacular.
41:59But we're going to be looking to see throughout the winter
42:02what we can do to be ready for next summer
42:04as it grows even more.
