00:00It's very good to be able to talk to you because I came there just a few months ago
00:04and that was on the way back from Turkey where we'd just agreed a deal for the Assembly of Typhoons
00:11which means lots more work where you are and I know you're all doing apprenticeships so this is
00:17jobs very much in your career and the thing I wanted to tell you today is that having come
00:23back with that deal when I came to Wharton we've signed the deal today so all of that
00:29is going to happen and so you will now be assembling or helping or playing your part
00:34in the Typhoon deal that we've signed with Turkey so I'm really pleased about that so it's much more
00:41work for you and your colleagues. I'm working on a Level 4 Manufacturing Technician course and I'm on the
00:49Project Control degree apprenticeship scheme. Congratulations in a way because when I was at
00:53Wharton I spoke to some of the apprentices there and it's really hard to get an apprenticeship.
