00:04That's because this one found itself in some hot water after it became stuck in the rungs of a fence.
00:09This video was recently captured in northeastern China, showing the distressed animal struggling to survive.
00:15The deer had injured itself while trying to get free, but after authorities removed one of the fence's pickets,
00:19they were able to safely remove the animal.
00:21The white roe deer was taken to an animal rehabilitation facility afterwards, where it got all the TLC it needed.
00:27Roe deer are usually gray-brown in color, and may be found in different areas all over the world.
00:32However, this little guy is stark white. Rare indeed.
00:34This type of situation is becoming all too common, as deer species all over the globe have found themselves in
00:40contact with humans in our dwellings more often,
00:42as urbanization continues to grow.
00:44Luckily for this little guy, there were experts on hand for a rescue.
00:47After the deer recovered from its wounds, it was later released back into the wild.
