03:13there's also this breakfast area it's amazing this is a perfect space for us to have a lot of dinner
03:19parties and this is kind of u-shaped which really kind of wraps everybody around you when you socialize
03:23but I always love gas when I cook that's an easy fix just put a gas line in I do

05:43so because we're on this canal it's really nice and private so when you guys do have parties you're
05:49not going to be bothering anyone the outside definitely outweighs all of the things I was hesitant
05:54about inside okay well why don't we head back in and let's recap the property Jessica and Jimmy we
06:01have just toured this beautiful property which features 4,500 square feet it's five bedrooms three
06:07bathrooms 280 feet of water frontage and the list price is 2.9 million but the amount of space that

06:17have outside I get it as much as I felt that the living room was cozy I felt it was

06:23for my liking I was really pleased how huge the kitchen was but I would prefer a gas cooktop I
06:28really love the three season room it had some modern elements that I feel like I can make it ours

06:34that lakefront I was blown away but the bridge to me it just feels like an eyesore the tiki hut
06:40obsessed with it outside was very overwhelming inside a little bit too underwhelming for us
06:46hopefully in the next house we'll have a bit more of a balance between the two let me see what

12:53about this is that you have tons of privacy you can walk around naked whenever you want right up
12:58no one's gonna see you perfect so right now we're on this floating dock which also doubles as the lounging
13:05dock and we have this amazing hammock jimmy you look a little exhausted from the boat ride i'm exhausted

13:25little tiki bar i like it you know how we like these tiki bars it's a proper bar it does

13:31thatching to give it that tiki look it is a little bit underwhelming compared to the other tiki bar that
13:37we saw the bones are here so if you wanted to elaborate and make it a bigger better tiki bar

13:43something that you could easily do i think the view here is much better all right let's discuss the rest

13:48the property so as you see it's a log cabin i actually love this i feel like it's really different
13:55i'm really shocked i've never thought i would hear you say that right i you know what i love these

14:51do have this gorgeous island i like how they brought the outside inside with the stone i think that's a
14:56nice little touch with the wood the one issue for me is it's not a gas cooktop to have gas

15:02is possible there's just an added fee to that okay so let's go check out that primary bedroom jimmy
15:08head that way towards the bear door oh wow this is really nice it's very cozy and we do have

15:17wood ceiling which brings that cozy element in we've got the beautiful wide plank hardwood floors in
15:23here as well and another great feature is this walkout to the outside i do love the hardwood and i

15:29how big the walkout is but it is a bit smaller i mean look at the end of the day
