Speaking at the 219th Police Day celebrations on Wednesday (March 25), he outlined plans under the 13th Malaysia Plan (RMK13) to push the country to ninth place, with stronger legislation and coordinated enforcement efforts contributing to national safety and peace.

00:00If we are in the global index for the global pandemic,
00:08in the year 2025,
00:11we can be proud of the population of the 13th
00:16from 165 countries.
00:18If we are in the Pacific Pacific Pacific,
00:19we are in three countries that are most safe.
00:24We are in Singapore and New Zealand,
00:26then we are in Asia.
00:29ASEAN, we are number two,
00:31we are in Singapore.
00:33And this is not coming back to us.
00:36It is not happening by default.
00:38It is by design.
00:40Because we have a country's salvation,
00:43and the police as a great agency
00:45in the country,
00:50we are going to do whatever
00:52to make sure
00:53the security in the country is weak.
00:57So,
00:58index this is going to be a key
01:02especially in the country,
01:06where maybe they want to put a large model
01:09if there is no guarantee
01:11in our country.
01:20We are not able to do this.
01:42We are able to provide the power of our country.
01:43elements that are the new technology or the new technology that we have done in the development?
01:48Yes.
01:48Dalam Index Keamanan Global, there are hundreds of checklists in Narasimha.
01:54The Index Index is one of the components.
01:59It is actually very comprehensive in terms of that.
02:02It is also a way to improve the laws that we have.
02:09We are already aware that we are going to do a process of parliament.
02:15In KDN, if a law enforcement is in KDN, it is really easy.
02:22We can also do an undang-undang in the domain of KDN.
02:29So, the process for enforcement is taking time.
02:32However, if in the law enforcement department, it is even quicker.
02:34I'm not sure yet, actually in the KDN we have ten decisions about the change in the section-section
02:43regarding the acta that we have. And that is the process that we can do. And if we can do
02:50that, it will also
02:51move on from the index of our safety. When I give a statement about the paper, it is not too
03:02much.
03:02So, we will try to achieve in the case that we feel low-hand approach.
03:09That is one of the things that is really an important part of the KDN.
