00:34Okay, so Kaveh, I'm, well, this game should be making me feel scared but I'm actually super excited about Luigi's
00:40Mansion 3. What are you going to be showcasing us today?
00:43So as you may have seen from previous trailers and footage that we've shown, the setting is a bit different
00:48this time around and in Luigi's Mansion 3, Luigi will be exploring a hotel.
00:52And within this hotel you have many different themed floors and we've already shown the castle stage at E3 previously.
01:01Yes, yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:01It has a very medieval look and today we'll be showcasing a brand new floor which is going to be
01:07garden suits.
01:08As you may have guessed from all the plans.
01:11Okay, it's time to make sense now.
01:13And I can tell you this is probably the world's wackiest hotel.
01:17Right.
01:17And I've heard rumors that there might be ghosts.
01:21Wow.
01:22Yeah.

01:26So Luigi is still equipped with his Poltergoss that this time has been upgraded to be the Poltergoss G00.

07:31We just unveiled a new painting and you can use the dark light.
07:34So, this is a returning move, actually, from each mansion too.

07:38To unveil some invisible things or bring some elements to life as we just did now using our dark light
07:44on the painting.
07:45Yeah, you cannot use it everywhere.
07:47Well, you can use it everywhere, but you won't find something everywhere.
07:50But it's, again, worth just keep exploring.
07:55Use all the abilities that you have at your disposal and then try to find as many things as possible
08:01in the room.
08:02Nice little burst there.
08:04So, that burst shot you can use, obviously, to take out or get rid of enemies, like a snake biting
08:10your nose,
08:11but also to kind of clear areas and find sort of hidden mysteries.
08:15Exactly.
08:15And sometimes you'll also use it to clear rubble that is in your way to get access to a new
08:19zone.
08:20And, yeah, it's a multi-purpose tool that Luigi has at his disposal here.
08:24And here we can just use the flashlight as well on this little chest to earn more money for a
08:31rich Luigi.
08:33And here we also have a drawer that attracted my attention earlier.
08:38And we can use the suction shot again on this drawer to unveil a new path.
08:43Now, the thing is, I can't take this path because it's a very narrow space.
08:47But one of the new abilities that Luigi also got is the ability to summon Gooigi.
08:53So, Gooigi, that you can see on the screen right now, is a slimy doppelganger of Luigi,
09:00that kind of has his own skill set.
09:02For example, he can't take water, whereas Luigi can.
09:05But he's also able to go through very narrow spaces, as we can see here on the screen.
09:10Ah, Goo is a very mysterious material.

09:13It's made out of ghost energy and coffee.
09:17Interesting ingredients.
09:19Yeah, I mean, Professor Eget does some funky experiments.
09:23And this was actually a little bit of an accident, but an accident with really good benefits for us.

09:29Because suddenly, we have two characters that we can control in the game.
09:32And I'm sure we saw Gooigi previously in other presentations,
09:36but I know fans are very excited to see Gooigi in this game, for sure.

09:48It's a constant reminder.
09:51So, yeah, as we've seen now on the screen, using Gooigi in tandem with Luigi,
09:56when you're playing in single player, you can just go from one to the other, as I just did.

10:03And as we saw on the bottom part of the screen, there's many collectibles to find in each floor.
10:08And so this is the only one we will be showing today,
10:11because we don't want to spoil too much of the experience for the users out there.
10:14But I just wanted to showcase what you can do with Gooigi.
10:18The completest gamer in me is going, oh my god, I must collect everything.
10:23Well, it's also part of the fun, because as you can see,
10:26Cave just keeps revealing new stuff.

28:15And even, you know, we didn't touch on it much, but the music is really eerie as well.
28:19And it kind of changes as you progress through.
28:21It's an incredibly atmospheric game.
28:23And what I particularly like is that because Gooigi and Luigi both have such a big potential
28:30to be the hero, you can have not just a tiny little bit of fun, but actually a lot of
28:35fun.
28:35A lot of fun, indeed.
28:36So, guys, this game is releasing October 31st in time for Halloween, which is perfect.
