00:28In the name of Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful, to my Muslim brothers in the Arab world.
00:34This year the Islamic world witnessed an Ayd al-Fitr vastly different from what it had experienced in previous years,
00:40as we were compelled to observe a new criminal aggression launched by the Israelis and Americans against Iran,
00:46which stands as a crucial pillar within the Islamic world,
00:49that nation which has always remained at the forefront of those defending the Islamic Umar against unjust aggression,
00:56especially what the oppressed Palestinian people are subjected to.
01:00They have truly proven their deep commitment to this path by sacrificing their purest and most precious blood,
01:06particularly in two direct face-to-face wars.
01:09However, the time has come today for us Muslims to return to the words of Almighty Allah in the Holy
01:14Qur'an.
01:15So do not take from them allies until they emigrate in the way of Allah.
01:18But if they turn away, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them and do not take from
01:22them any ally or helper.
01:27So Allah, the blessed and exalted, has explicitly forbidden Muslims from entrusting their affairs to disbelievers,
01:34and He commanded us not to place our hopes on the enemies of Allah and His Messenger concerning this matter.
01:40As a deeply rooted Islamic civilization and a unified, cohesive world founded on Islam and guided by the Qur'an,
01:49it is essential for us to stand firmly on our own feet with a decisive and definitive stance
01:55to ensure our future and the well-being of our coming generations.
02:01O Muslim brothers, we absolutely do not need to ensure the security of our region,
02:07a state that is thousands of kilometers away from us.
02:11We do not need a state that, according to its own declaration,
02:15views Islamic countries as nothing but a milking cow.
02:19And we do not need a state that makes Israel's security and its interests its first and last concern,
02:25then sacrifices all other nations for that very purpose.
02:30Nor do we need a state that views Muslims as beings of no value,
02:34seeing in them nothing but the wealth, the oil and the gas that their lands conceal.
02:40What real good has America with all its military bases ever truly brought you in this entire region?
02:45And if you were to face aggression today from the army of the Zionist entity,
02:48would the Americans fire even a single bullet in your defense?
02:51My God, we all of us Muslims still very clearly remember how the Syrian alliances
02:58and the popular mobilization, on the one hand, the absence of a truly supportive power,
03:04one that possessed genuine strategic depth,
03:06and from another perspective, a lack of independent armament capabilities,
03:10these factors collectively led to the defeat of the Arab nations
03:13against the occupying entity in the conflicts of 1967 and 1973.
03:17Today, Iran, by honoring that sincere promise and breaking the false image of America
03:24and the Zionist entity being unbeatable,
03:27has realized the dream that Muslims have long cherished.
03:31From this, the very logic of political rationality dictates that we strive
03:36under the emerging regional order to establish a comprehensive security union.
03:41It is incumbent upon us to unite, to come together, to guarantee our collective security
03:46and to forge a pact for collective security,
03:49one that is firmly rooted in Islam and the Quran,
03:51serving as its ultimate reference, central axis and unshakable foundation.
03:54How then has it become easier to form alliances between Muslim nations
03:57and an arrogant, infidel, disbelieving state
03:59than for Muslims to achieve true unity among themselves?
04:03Distancing oneself from the Holy Quran and its sacred teachings
04:06is the very origin of the misfortunes that have plagued the Islamic world today.
04:10And the Islamic Republic of Iran hereby declares its full readiness
04:13to establish a security and military alliance in this region
04:16entirely without the presence of the United States of America
04:19and the usurping Zionist entity.
04:21And let us not forget the words of Allah Almighty in His glorious book
04:25where He declared,
04:26Do not lose heart and do not grieve,
04:28for you shall be the uppermost if you are true believers.
