01:00The new guide makes all your favorite, most common tasks much, much faster than before.
01:06This includes joining and starting a party, checking your friends list, managing your messages, and more.
01:12Of course, backward compatibility arrives right alongside the new Xbox One experience, free of charge, allowing you to play Xbox
01:20360 games right on your Xbox One.
01:23Better yet, when playing Xbox 360 games on your Xbox One, you can use features like Game DVR, take a
01:30screenshot, Twitch streaming, and even game streaming to a Windows 10 device.
01:36BackCompat begins with support for over 100 games, including favorites like all of the Gears of War titles, Mass Effect,
01:44Borderlands, Mirror's Edge, Assassin's Creed 2, and a whole lot more.
01:49Now, this is just the start. More games will be added all the time.
01:54In fact, confirmed entries include Halo Reach, the original Call of Duty Black Ops, and all the Bioshock games.

02:10Ready for an adventure? If so, then look no further. Rise of the Tomb Raider is out now and brings
02:17a truly authentic globe-trekking adventure like no other.
02:21The game finally hits stores this week, and as you may have guessed, we've been playing just a little bit.

04:16Been playing much Halo 5?
04:18I sure have been, and I'm really enjoying the brand new REC system, which unlocks all the good stuff,
04:23such as weapon skins, armor, helmets, vehicles, and more.
04:28The REC system already has over 1,000 items that players can earn, but there are more on the way.
04:34The 343 team has announced that more RECs are coming next week with all new weapon skins, vehicle variants, and
04:40a brand new assassination.
04:42As part of the November update that's coming next week, we'll also see the return of Halo Classic Big Team
04:48Battle.
04:48Now I've really been enjoying showing off my armor and weapon upgrades in Warzone,
04:53but I'm really excited about the Big Team Battle playlist coming to Arena.
04:57So if you're craving some BTB action and ready to earn some brand new RECs,
05:01be sure to jump into Halo 5 next week, and I'll see you in matchmaking.
05:06We also had big news coming out of BlizzCon.
05:09Overwatch, the first IP from Blizzard in 17 years, is coming to Xbox One.

05:31First here's May, who's one of my favorites.
05:33She's absolutely adorable.
05:34She's a frost-based character, so she has a, you know, weapon that can literally freeze enemies.
05:39She can put an ice wall up in front of people, so it's a, it's a completely unique, different play
05:44style.
05:50The chat pad begins shipping this week in available markets, so check with your local retailer for availability.
05:56I love the chat pad on the Xbox 360 controller, and I was happy to see that it made its
06:01way to Xbox One.
06:02Now, I typically use smart glass when I want to type something out, but with this thing plugged right into
06:06your controller, there really is no faster way to message your friends or enter a game code.
06:11And, of course, it works with your Elite controller.
