00:26unprecedented effort by the U.S. government to essentially use a tool of economic security
00:33and economic warfare at home against a U.S. company, right? Supply chain risk designation
00:39has typically been used against foreign companies from China, from Russia, in sensitive industries.
00:47If the government ultimately wins, it will be a signal that bringing these kinds of supply chain
00:54risk designations home is okay, is legal. And I suspect we see the government consider doing
00:59more of it in the future. On the flip side, if anthropic wins, it would be a signal that
01:09the Trump administration has overreached.
