00:48Fat Princess is a really cool 32-player multiplayer game

00:53with a really cool mixture of some cool gameplay elements
00:56such as team strategy, resource collecting
00:59and upgrades, fast bloody combat
01:02been like a sandbox environment.
01:09The general premise of Fat Princess is you've got two teams
01:12red team and a blue team pitted against each other
01:14in what we like to call comic medieval battle royale
01:17and I think there's a really nice balance
01:19about how easy it is to pick up and play for casual gamers
01:22and then the depth and the strategy for the hardcore gamers.
01:24Over time you'll discover the depths and the intricacies of the classes
01:29and form new strategies which gives the title a lot of longevity.
01:42It's not just a multiplayer game.
01:45Of course that's one great aspect about it
01:47but there's also a very nice single-player aspect to the game
01:50to where you get a nice story mode.
01:52Once upon a time in the land of Titania
01:55There's also a fantastic mode called arena mode or gladiate mode
01:59to where you can take your own time
02:01getting familiar with each of the different classes
02:03and abilities that you'll be able to play when you step online.
02:09In the multiplayer online game
02:11there are 32 players split into two teams
02:13there's the red team and the blue team
02:15and they each have a fortress
02:17the enemy team have your princess, you have theirs
02:19and you have to get the princess back.
02:21Once you have both princesses
02:22one in the throne room and one in the dungeon
02:24then all you have to do is defend them for a short amount of time
02:26and you win the game.
02:27It sounds simple but with all the different classes
02:29and the upgrades and the mayhem
02:32it's all up to you and your team strategy
02:34of how you're going to achieve that.
02:39The class system in Fat Princess is really unique
02:41there are five core classes
02:42there's the worker, the warrior, the ranger, the mage, and the priest
02:46and each one brings his own abilities and strategies to the team.
02:51Choosing your class is very simple in Fat Princess
02:54all you do is pick up a hat
02:56put that hat on
02:57boom, you're the class.
02:59There are specific machines in each of the castles
03:01that dispense the different hats for you.
03:04The other nice aspect about it is if you're on the field
03:07in the middle of just a frantic, furious battle
03:10if you see a hat that you want to change to
03:13it doesn't even have to be your own team's color
03:15make a mad dash for it, pick it up, put it on, poof
03:19you're now a priest in the middle of the battle.
03:23One of the awesome things is the fact that
03:25all of those hat machines can be upgraded
03:27providing the team with new strategies
03:29and new things that they can do
03:30so choosing which hat machine you're going to upgrade
03:33really affects your long-term strategy for the match.
03:41With the class system you can choose to play
03:43several different ways
03:44you can go out and be a warrior
03:45and get on the front lines
03:46and just hack apart your enemies
03:48you can be a priest and heal your colleagues
03:50your teammates whose health is diminishing
03:53or you can just choose to be a worker
03:54and go off on your own
03:55and collect that wood in those ore
03:57for resources to use as castle upgrades
03:59and to upgrade your hat machines.
04:00also you can just choose to hang out by the princess
04:03and protect her from potential enemy capture.
04:07In Fat Princess you're always trying to stop the enemy
04:09from rescuing the princess
04:11I mean if they do that they win the game
04:12so one of the defensive strategies you can do
04:14is go out into the world
04:15find the magical cake growing out of the ground
04:18take it back to the princess in the dungeon
04:19and feed it to her
04:20and the more cake you feed her
04:21the bigger she gets and the harder she is to carry.
04:24If you work with your teammates
04:26using a nice system breakdown of the different classes
04:29using them to support each other
04:30you can have your fun little clashes on the battlefield
04:34and it can get bloody and fun
04:36but it's working together as a team
04:38that really sets this game apart.
04:44We're really excited about all the opportunities
04:46that Fat Princess affords us with creating this community
04:49and we want to continue to support that community
