00:41To establish relationships with European nations
00:44So after I have this building built
00:46I go down here and select this button
00:49And I choose an ally
00:50So as you can see right now my options are British or Portuguese
00:54And just like with wonders
00:56The consulate gives me active and passive abilities
00:59So passively the British allies give me 10% unit hit points
01:05And Portuguese give me 15% building costs cheaper
01:08Actively I can train these units out of the consulate
01:12So right now we're going to accept with the British
01:14And you can see in the building the British flag is raised
01:17And then I will go down and I will select my British expeditionary force
01:23Once those guys are trained

01:26That I can actually join to my army
01:31So we talked about a historically inspired campaign
01:34Well for the Indians
01:35It's their revolt against the East India Company
