00:18And this is a great intro that you're forced to watch if it's your first time playing.

00:23I love this game. I remember I got it, I actually got two games in the same day.
00:27I got this game for Game Boy, and I got Banjo-Kazooie on the Nintendo 64.
00:32And they're both incredibly good quality games that sink a lot of time.
00:37But I remember thinking, man, I gotta play Banjo-Kazooie, because I've been playing it, because I just got so
00:43addicted to this.
00:44And I remember just, I read a really good review of it.
00:47I think in, like, you know, EGM or something.
00:51Where they were just talking about this game like it was, like, the second coming of Mario.
00:56And I was like, wow, I gotta try it.
00:59I gotta see what it's all the fuss is about.
01:03And it can't be explained why the game is so ridiculously awesome, but it is.
01:10So you got these little shadowy guys with forks breaking into Wario's castle and causing all sorts of mayhem.
01:18One of them steals his money.
01:20Another one turns on the water.

01:24That's not really that big of a deal.
01:26And then they throw his alarm clock, which starts flipping out.
01:31He's got, like, this skull alarm clock.

01:41So, there's all sorts of branching paths and different ways to go through the game.
01:47Which is interesting.
01:48I'm gonna start off going through it the normal way.

05:12And that's a pretty good one, because that's a very distinctive guy.
05:16And you gotta, like, a real quick peek, and then you gotta find it.
05:20And how long the peek is is, you know, whether you picked hard, normal, or easy.
05:24I could have done that one on hard easily, because that's a very, very distinctive guy.
05:28He stands out.
05:29And that's how you get the treasure for the level.
05:32There's also finding pieces of a map that you could use to get the true ending.
05:36Because, I mean, you'll beat the game.
05:38You'll, like, you'll fight Captain Syrup and kick the shit out of her and, um...
05:43...get an ending.
05:44But the game's not over.
05:45There's alternate paths to take.
05:47In every level, you want to try and find the, um...
05:51...the piece of the painting, which is a map.
05:54And then, that's how you get to the true ending.
05:57Takes a very long time.
05:59Very rewarding, though, if you manage to do it.
06:05No hats to get in this.
06:07Just power-ups from enemies...
